The food's good staff's great, but the order is always messed up. I've ordered Buffalo chicken pizza. And I get ranch chicken pizza. This is about the third time at this location. The same thing missing a Toppin or sauce.

I ordered pizza and soda, it took over an hour and a half to get my delivery, I called the store to see what was going on and the person would not give me their name and did not let me speak to a manager. My order finally arrived and they forgot my drink, I let the driver, Kyle, know and he preceeded to walk down my driveway and told me I would get a credit. My pizza was cold and the toppings were only on half the pizza like someone just threw it on. I asked for contact less delivery and he knocked and waited for me to answer the door. I called the store again and was left on hold 20 minutes and someone came on and then put me back on hold. The worst of everything!

Soooo, let's begin with a little up front information. Placed an online order for delivery at 8:38. Simple order, a sandwich and chicken alfredo. Received notice that it would arrive in about 30 to 40 minutes (reasonable for a busy Friday night and address about 3 minutes away) Notification cam saying driver (Michael) entered the neighborhood. Then another at 9:18 stating he was pulling up. Nothing after that......to include no food. I call the store at 9:37 to find out where the food is and was told it was left. I let them know, it was NOT left, hence the reason for my call. They said they would get with there driver and hung up. I waited for a call back....nothing so I called again for a status of the food/order at 9:46. I was told they were re-making the order and it would be re-sent in 10 minutes. I call back at 10:13 (since the address is only 3 minutes from the store to speak with someone who said the food was leaving the store now. I asked how much longer would this be, as we ordered more than an hour ago. I was then told that they were very busy and had a lot of orders. I did explain that I completely understand being busy, but our order was clearly given to someone else and now you are remaking it and having to re-send it. I asked when they close (worried they would close and we would not receive the order that we paid for) and I was questioned as to why I need to know that (WOW - really?) Because I'm asking you when the store closes.... I was then asked again why do you need to know that information. I said because I want to make sure we get our food before you close. I was finally told 1:00 a.m. After not receiving the food....still, I called back again at 10:30. At at 10:58, someone finally left the food in a chair cold and all jacked up looking. No notice, never rang the bell...nothing. Moreover, the sandwich looked and tasted horrible, and the pasta, no different. After taking pictures of the disgusting food, we ended up giving most of it the the dog. There were things from these meals that even the dog wouldn't eat. Ever since this place changed management, it has been slowly dying on the vine. Poor customer service skills, argumentative and an overall lack of pride in their work product. ALMOST 3 HOURS TO GET AN ORDER.....NO APOLOGIES, NO NOTHING .....CAN'T BELIEVE YOU ALL ARE STILL IN BUSINESS WITH THE WAY THINGS ARE BEING RAN IN THIS STORE.....SO ANGRY AND SO DISAPPOINTED .....DO BETTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The worst place i ever worked with the people or the manager coworker? They like do what they want or disappear for four come back to work or they do the laundry at work nobody there care?and they bring their dogs to work in bck , I will never work or order anything from them cuz I see.

I ordered two medium two topping pizzas yesterday and emphasized that I wanted them Well done. They were not well done. I called a manager this afternoon and Danielle was a sweetheart and very hospitable and she accommodated me. That's why it's always good to have a strong management team in the restaurant business. She was very professional and understanding.

Absolute terrible service. Marissa was driver, she left Dominos with my order and an hour later she still had not shown up (I live 3 min away) When I went into Dominos, Danielle took 5 min to acknowledge me standing at counter. She was no help and completely rude. Needless to say I never got my order and had to request refund. I will order from Dominoes in Holly Hill next time and drive myself. One too many problems with this one. Holly Hill truly has better service than here.
