I've been to this Domino's several times and the food is always good and the service most of the time is okay but this day they had a Customer who was just giving them a hard time. Which made the entire environment negative. Outside of that, normal experience

came in today 3/11/24 the worker (josh?) was super rude, not only to me but to the other girl working. he was in no rush to help either while the girl was working really hard to make pizzas. the pizza i ordered was missing the sausage, which im not even upset about because i know she was busy. im moreso upset that when i called and asked for a manager the man who was helping me earlier had answered and when i asked for a manager he said that she was busy, when i asked to leave a number for a call back he wasnt listening, kept interrupting me, and then said to “call back when i had a better attitude” and hung up.

This is only place that all my family like to order from. Even when we go far and it is pizza time we drive here to pick up a large hand tossed garlic sauce chicken beef onion green pepper mushroom pizza mmmmmm. Delicious ? ? ? ? ?

Great resturant, they always deliver the food correct, sauces and all, every time. I will order from then again. The manager Laura and the other guy Merlin have always been helpful and understanding. Hire more like them
Never have I been to a more poorly run establishment. Order on the app and it never arrived. Call and get met with a bad attitude by who ever answered the phone.... They really need to just close this

Disappointed, as I WAS a frequent customer of this dominoes. I called to understand if my order was incorrectly prepared and the employee defensively stated “I’m just trying to do my job”. Poor attempt. I ordered double bacon, double beef and chicken. There were multiple slices with no bacon…Apparently listening to customer feedback, understanding issues and rectifying incorrect orders isn’t a part of their job responsibilities. The only reason why this isn’t 1 star is that when I called back to get the employees name, the two people I spoke to were some what pleasant. Outside of listening there was no attempt, I repeat NO ATTEMPT to correct the issue. I won’t be back but please get quality control and customer service addressed ASAP if you care about the future of your business. Good luck, order at your own risk.

My mom earned the free emergency pizza with her previous purchase. After a long day of work she went up to this location around 4:45pm near her home in Daytona Beach but the Domino’s app wouldn’t allow her to claim her pizza for some reason. The app kept exiting out once she got to the payment screen. She asked for help but the female manager was extremely rude and inpatient. On another note her staff went above and beyond to try to help my mom claim her pizza. She ended up having to call me from hundreds of miles away to do it online for her from my phone and it allowed me to order it.Deeani(probably spelling it wrong) and a young man that was on shift around 4-7pm on 2/2/24 gave EXCELLENT customer service in the midst of the technical difficulties. I truly appreciate you guys being patient with my handicapped mom! The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is due to the poor attitude of leadership.
