We stopped here for a quick lunch. The people working here are super friendly. I asked for a cup of decaf coffee, if it was fresh. I hesitate to get decaffeinated coffee because it often sits on the burner, and tastes burned. They said they would make a fresh pot for me. The coffee was great. Excellent customer service.

Google says they're open 24hrs. I came here at 8pm on a Friday night for coffee. Doors were locked and employees looked like I'm the crazy one. Reported to Google as misleading.
Oh and being after dark, there was absolutely no chance I was going in the drivethru. Being situated behind a building with very low light, it would be perfect for an armed robber to pin your car in at gunpoint. Any way you calculate it, it's a losing situation. Stop being stupid and open your store or dont advertise it as 24hrs.

I went to the drive thru around 7pm where there was no one at the drive thru and no one inside, so it was not busy at all. I placed a mobile order for a coffee and a donut. I was told to go the second window. I waited at the second window for about 15-20min. Two cars that were behind have already gotten their order and I was still waiting for mine. The guy finally came to the window and said “are you waiting on something?” I said I was waiting on my mobile order and he asked what my mobile order was. He said “maybe you didn’t mention it to anybody?” when I was told to go the second window for my order. He then came out with my order and he said “ sorry nobody told us and nobody knew about it”.

My husband just went to this location to get 6 French curls or curlers. Whatever they are called. He was told that he can only purchase 3 because she had to save 3 for TONIGHT!!!!! Who was French curls that’s been sitting for HOURS!!!!!! WHO made up the rule that a customer can be limited in how many donuts they can BY????? That was totally unacceptable!

The photo speaks for itself. I ordered a large, and this is what I received. A partially filled drink. This was after I had to return the first drink they botched. Instead of correcting the issue, they handed me this pathetic excuse for a replacement… and still charged me for both.
To top it off, the employee was shockingly rude and dismissive, as if I was the problem for expecting to get what I paid for.
This kind of experience has become all too common at Dunkin’. The quality has plummeted, the service is abysmal, and the customer care is nonexistent.
I’m done. I refuse to spend another dollar here. If you value your money, or basic decency, go literally anywhere else.
