Worst service I’ve gotten, waited 30 mins on food. When they told me it would take 15 and then I had get out and go get my drink that they forgot to give me.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I spent almost 30 minutes trying to get a refund because I paid at the first window and sat at the second drive thru window and no one came. Went inside where Megan started my refund, then started working with other people while I waited at the register. Not once did she apologize for the inconvenience or try to make it right. I was polite and another customer noticed the bad customer service and stepped in on my behalf. This is the second time I've gone through the drive thrill and sat while other cars behind me were served because they 'forgot' about me. As a regular, I will now have to drive further because I will not continue going here.

Yesterday I went into DD and purchased a 30 dollar gift card, after I got home I checked the receipt and saw I was charged $38,93, I returned for a refund and was told I had to come bank today to see a manager, so here I am , I asked the clerk to speak to the manager on duty and saw a woman look around a corner , and saw her roll her eyes, she approached me looking very annoyed , never introduced herself , looked at the receipt and slammed it on the counter and said to the clerk , “do this”. I am astounded at the rudeness that she exhibited. There is no place for “lead by example” at this location. Every person touches our soul , whether it be positive or negative, I sincerely hope that our younger generation does not follow in her nasty footsteps, Lastly I had to ask twice to get her name , Kelly or Kellie , I was not told her spelling or last name

I love this place! Every time me and my mom come they are always fast working but not rushing! My drink always is good! But one time the coffee wasn’t too good but that could be because i didn’t like the flavor! But i like this place better than the one on international speedway! :)

Ok so you all know I do Google reviews honestly. The good the bad and the ugly... well this review has all three! So, let's start with the good... the coffee and the doughnuts.... the bad... they would not honor their own coupon THEY SENT ME... the ugly.... the person who waited on us.... Dec 15th, on the Dunkin on LPGA In Daytona beach. I go there every few days ... on my way to work. I have NEVER had someone so rude and condescending ever! And a gentleman accidentally dropped his iced coffee went to the counter to get some help, she rolled her eyes and the gentleman and my granddaughter cleaned up the spill. What the hell has happened to customer service???? So disapointed....

Overall good, however they need to pay more attention to cleaning the tables and ensuring that the napkin container is full and area is clean Garbage is always overflowing Just a little housekeeping would make the experience better

We were in your Dunkin’ donut shop yesterday around 1:30. The service was terrible and people were very rude. I was standing not 2 feet away from the cashier and ask if I could have a breakfast roll. She looked at me with a blank face and said “you’ll have to come here and order. I said really. I moved over to her and she said what do you want. I replied breakfast roll please. She never said anything. I asked for a caramel latte also. When I went to pay, she was using the same hand she picked up my breakfast roll with. I don’t know if she washed her hands before she got my roll or not.When I went to get my latte, they came out with a chocolate something. I said I didn’t order anything chocolate. She yelled back to someone saying this isn’t right, gotta make it again.The cashier (Shinto ) acted like she didn’t want to be there let alone wait on anyone. The lady in front was upset also. I was still at the cash register and heard her say. “Does anyone here know what they’re doing?this is ridiculous. I’m not coming here again.I will whole heartedly agree with her. These young people need trained in having people skills. This IS really ridiculous how they run this store.NOT HAPPY!!!! The date I visited was 11/11/2024 at 1:39 P.M.
I have been going to this location for over a year and I have not had a single bad customer experience in that time. I am impressed by how efficient this crew is and how great their customer service continues to be!

I generally go to this location at least once or twice per week. I get the same thing every time. Most of the time they screw up my egg sandwich by putting cheese on it. I have to send it back. The counter staff are always new and unsure of themselves. I can accept that but I can't accept them being rude or indifferent to our orders.
