If I could have put no star…i would.Last time I was at this location, there was no one in line and I still waited (in drive thru) for 18 mins for an ice caramel latte. once handed to me, it was Milk Carmel sugar and ice. They had forgot the coffee/espressoThe widow was slammed shut so fast could not say a word and I had an appointment so I left.TODAY, I wanted to try again. Give it another shot…no one in drive thru…around the same time of day…pull up to the speaker, I was told to please hold…so I did….wait a few mins and said hello? no one ever came back to the speaker…to the point of not knowing what to do….I LEFT. ??♀️Absolutely terrible.This is a newer DD.Very disappointing.

As someone who used to work at dunkin i’m disgusted and plan on calling the manager of this dunkin. When a shop is open 24 hrs there should never be any drinks that they aren’t making due to being lazy. I’ve worked at dunkin and every drink literally takes no longer than a couple minutes to make. It’s appalling that they are so lazy when no one is in line that they won’t make a frozen drink.

The young man helping us at the drive thru window was very accommodating and made us want to patronize this specific establishment more often.
One of the better Dunkin experiences I've ever had. I placed my order on the app and it was ready when I arrived. The donut was one of the best Dunkin' Donuts I've ever had. It tasted reasonably fresh and was very tasty. The iced coffee was delicious and wasn't all ice. Highly recommend. Drive through was super efficient and the girl working was extremely friendly. They are also 24 hours which is a big plus

One of the smoothest and fastest Dunkin I have been to. The service was very friendly while there were a lot of people in the store and the drive thru. The atmosphere was clean and neat. My peppermint mocha latte was made to perfection. Great location, great staff, and great products!

I don't understand why it is so hard for this location to get the order right. My husband and I come here everyday and too often my coffee is wrong. We order on the app and the sticker has my order correct but for some reason what's in the cup don't match the sticker. Reading is fundamental. Management needs to do better or shut the location down. It's a shame that there's no attention to detail here. Read the sticker and follow direction.

First time visiting here, since the store at 1900 LPGA Blvd closed. It will also be the last time I ever visit. Went inside to order coffee and was ignored while standing at the register for several minutes. Plenty of employees inside, but not a single person even greeted me. It got to the point they wouldn't even look at me when walking by. No, they weren't understaffed. I counted at least 7 girls behind the counter, including a manager. Finally walked out and went to 7-11 for coffee. I've done hundreds of reviews across the country, this is only the second time I've given 1-star. I would give zero if I could.
