The lady in the drive-thru was a bit rude and off-putting. When I got to the window, she asked how much I would be tipping her. I declined at that time and provided my debit card. After she ran my card, she didn't ask me if I wanted my receipt and then crumpled it up and threw it out. I then asked her for another, and when she reprinted it, it showed that she had added a tip for herself.

The guy at the intercom was very rude and DID NOT take our order correctly... The girl at the window was very sweet though, and did her best to correct the order but I still ended up with a lukewarm coffee

I legit order the same coffee every day and for some reason some days they get it right others it taste like they didn’t add any milk or sugar. Also looks like it too coffee tends to look dark and other days it’s light and perfect the manager of this place should train all them people to make the shit the same, it’s dunkin it’s coffee it’s a chain for crying out loud shouldn’t b to hard LMAO save the stress & go to another location this is why ppl get upset @ thru the drive thru windows… I asked them kindly to remake it & it still came out looking the SAME way it did wen I gave it to them to fix, you know why? Cause they never fixed it to begin with

Great coffee as usual but the staff was amazing. The guy working the window recognized us after just 2 visits and made our trip to Daytona that much more fun.

This location has terrible staff. I went through drive thru to get an iced coffee and donuts for my kids. We waited 15 minutes in drive thru then the iced coffee was nothing like I ordered the donuts were wrong. When I went inside to ask for the correct donuts for my kids it took about ten minutes for someone to help me and it ended up being the lady in drive thru while all the other workers goofed off. The guy whom was told to get the correct donuts had no clue what donuts he was to get and when I tried to tell him which ones and were they were , he ignored me. I ended up with the wrong donuts again. I told my kids to just eat the wrong ones because it wasn’t worth the fight trying to get what we originally ordered. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Drive to a different one. Their customer service is the worst I have ever seen for Dunkin

Watch your totals because they try to sneak in a $3 charity donation if you're not paying attention . They threw a hissy fit when I tried to have them refund it like I was inconveniencing them. Lady at the drive-thru window is very rude and arrogant. Coffees were made like crap. Looking at the reviews from the last 3 months this location is really struggling. Go up the road to the dunking on Nova.

Both times i've stopped at this place it's been terrible service. Stood at the counter for almost 5 minutes while nobody was in sight. Lady who took my order had no idea how to work a POS System and was training a new kid. Rang an Iced Matcha Latte in as a Macchiato(?) because she had no idea how to ACTUALLY ring up the drinks. Received not only the incorrect size but also coffee & Almond milk in a drink that was meant to be oat milk & has no coffee in the ingredients list?? Along with the wrong drinks, the lady who served me had no idea where any donuts were in the stand when they were clearly labeled and shorted me 10 cents in change and claimed "they were out of pennies". I feel bad for the new kid, nobody seemed to know what they were doing, the screens were full of orders and this kid (as well as probably all other new employees) are being trained wrong by people who don't know how to do a simple job. As someone who works food service, it's insane to me how people can work these jobs and lack common knowledge in the simplest tasks.
