I don’t know about anybody else, but I have a specific order for my coffee! Every time I come to this specific Dunkin’ Donuts, my order is never right and I have to pay for it!!! The people are friendly enough, but I’m just so disgusted with staff not being able to follow simple directions! The worst part is this particular store is next to my job and instead of it being convenient it’s just a hassle!!!

This place and the people who work here are so awful that I will never go to any other Dunkin again. I talked to my neighbors who also said its the worst one in town. Keep driving because you'll wait forever, be disrespected, and they'll definitely mess your order up. This company should only hire people who want a job.

every time i come here there is always an issue with my order. i was going to place an order threw uber but it wasn’t allowing me to pick an option to tell the store about an allergy. i have a cinnamon allergy and usually avoid the assorted munchkins due to the allergy. Having been a previous dunkin employee, i know that while i worked there we had multiple items with cinnamon and or coffee. i called the store to ask if they could pls just not add the munchkins with cinnamon and the person on the phone was clearly having a miserable day. i hope her day gets better and i hope everything is well at home. i now avoid this dunkin and was already extremely reluctant to order or call in the first place.

Waited for an oder online oder that was supposed to be picked up at 0719 and still not ready at 0733. Told 3 people who i was here for. They still haven't started it yet. The excess was we just got hit with 20 cars in the drive-thru. Meanwhile people in tje store waiting before I got there still waiting. What's the point of online if you don't pay attention to them. Or even start when they are there waiting. And the long hair Manger with an airpod in his ear being rude to employees and customers that's a great look But DD won't care

The young lady named Shantel that was taking my order she seemed new and very nervous and her co worker were talking to her like she was stupid instead of uplifting and supporting her when she was clearly struggling and and every time she walked outside to give customers food they were bad mouthing her creating a very hostile environment she was literally so scared to say anything to them it sucked to see

There are several things wrong with my order! The hash browns were a mixture of hot and cold. One was completely frozen! In addition, I ordered the $6 meal with a plain bagel the attached photo is not plain bagel. Please do better with customer service.
