Ordered a pick up order through the drive thru. Nothing was fresh everything was surprisingly cold. Almost no ice in my iced cappuccino and the drive thru line was severely backed up. Management clearly needs to ensure that they are properly staffed enough to ensure they can handle the volume of customers they are receiving and give a better customer experience.

I had a meeting scheduled this evening at this location. The staff was incredibly nice and friendly. The manager took very good care of each customer as if they were friends or an honored guest. I will definitely come back.

I have been coming to this location (Beville/Nova) for almost a year now and the service is severely declining. I think I have been ordering the same items the whole time but my drink has NEVER been consistent. I get an attitude when I request it to be fixed. This place has about 2 good employees left unfortunately and I wish they would transfer to be a better location so I can go there. Thankfully, the Dunkin near where I am moving to has been giving wonderful service when I do have time to drive over there. I hate to talk poorly of people and their jobs but these kind of issues is what kills their business, not too mention all of the homeless that hang around like roaches. Sorry not sorry…homeless is one thing, but to hover and leave trash is not okay. Also, the couple that was the brown haired white female with the bike, always steals from the cooler when the workers are making sandwiches, drinks or anything distracted.
