Ormond Beach is the best Dunkin Donuts in the area. Lpga is second. Daytona on ISB next to Mainland needs a manager because it has no standards of business on any spectrum. Service timing, food, customer service or cleanliness. I dread going there and very rarely do I have an experience of simply ordering my food and getting it without being piled in the parking lot or pulled around like it's Culver's. Almost every Time I try grabbing breakfast through this drive-through There’s always an issue with my order. Why is a plain bagel 2.69 ish but when I add cream cheese, it’s 3.69 mind you there is nowhere near enough cream cheese to go on both halves of my bagel every time, so what am I paying for with this extra dollar?!

Good evening everyone form Daytona and near counties. In the evening of March 3, 2024, I visited this store. I was visiting for bikers week. And I and my appearance was that day as a homeless because I am going to some hardships in Life however, I am studying criminal justice. Well, I was asking for permission to use the bathroom and it seems that the intentions of the manager were mens Rea with an evil mind. When I told her I was going to use the bathroom and she had a tantrum and and she Did not listen. Her listening skill are worse than private Pyle.and know this is an option but her reaction on her face after I ask her politely. I assume she has mental issues but I have no evidence to prove it. I know that this remarks are very strong but that is the message that I felt she cross the like because I am homeless supposedly when I was there for bikers week I appreciate is this store is corporate or franchise to remove this lady give her a corrective action or I don't know what to she does not behave like her pay grade

Gotta get the same people used to working here.. every single time I go here something is different, too sweet, to stout, hot coffee cold, frozen drinks not blended enough.. I gave 5 stars because I know Dunkin is my favorite, they just have to get back to being consistent.

The manager Charlotte slammed the window in our face after getting our order wrong twice all we wanted was on wakeup wrap and two hash brown she first of all tried to have trainers deal with us in a situation that obviously needed manager after slamming the window in our face she proceeded to yell and stick her hand in the face and at the employees and when we had to go inside to actually get the food we order we were met with hostility and additude. She proceeded to try and argue with us and finally basically shoved the distract mangers number to us. We still have not heard from district but there is no reason customers or employees should have to be in such a hostile situation over a wrong order. This is getting to the point its a safety issues for both employees and customers.

I went on the way to my night shift, bought an ice coffee and when I got to my work took a drink and realized it was sour, it tasted stale and horrible. I drink Dunkin’s everyday and this was the worst I’ve had! I feel sick to my stomach now! It was not just a bad barista that made my coffee something was stale in the product. I’m severely disappointed! It’s one thing to make bad coffee it’s another to make your customers sick!
Listen, I’m not one to rag on a place but my gosh please tell me why we waited over 5 minutes at their drive through box waiting on them to take our order, then waited 10 freaking minutes in the drive through line for a bagel and two drinks. Only for the order to be wrong. There was no one in front of us. Unacceptable

Dirty in the inside. Syrup running down bottles. Dirty dishes laying around. Manager must not care. Was given a knife to eat my loaded hash browns with and they were cold. The woman with the annoying voice taking the drive thru orders this morning was like a robot with an attitude. She didn't know the holiday drink recipe. I think she charged me extra but not sure cause I couldn't get a receipt due to there being no receipt paper. Drink had no flavor even after they "remade" it just tasted like sugar water. Threw it out. $7 and change out the window. I nominate this as the worst Dunkin in the area.

i got a vanilla latte and it tasted like water, and my friends both got coffees and they where also not good. The lady at the counter was rude and not helpful and it took her forever to take our order. However their sandwiches are hard to beat.
