Ordered lg coffee with cream at drive thru. Got home and it was sugar. Went back and explained. They apologized and replaced it with cream also got a bacon egg and cheese wrap one morning that was not at all hot.. just barely warm. Glass windows at both drive thru windows NEED CLEANING. No self serve comdiments in lobby, need to ask for anything abd everything! Kind of annoying amd patience testing. Always over crowded inside it seems. Servers are edgy and stressed from havibg to do everything so fast to keep up! Under paid, over worked!! If I ever worked at any Dunkin Donuts I wouldnt for any less than $13 hr. At bare minimum.

They always get my order wrong and stole my money. I asked for a refund after the last of many times they screwed up my order , the girl argued with me telling me “that’s what you ordered” and kept showing me the ticket . I then asked for a refund she snatched the bag off the counter and tossed in trash ,had me put my card in machine and what I thought issued a refund . Never gave me a receipt and I have yet to receive said refund. And all giggling as I was walking out the door. Very unprofessional crew there.

The last two times I’ve walked in, I ordered one latte and after watching 10 cars get served through the drive-thru, I had to ask again if anyone was making my coffee (no one was). But as soon as I asked they made sure someone got on it. There were at least 7 employees working and the one making cold drinks twice looked at me between orders and saw me waiting, but never even considered helping me or seeing what I needed. I had to ask again… again. This place needs a good manager that trains and monitors their employees.

Phone number not in service. Entire order incorrect. I truly can not wait for these establishments to be ran by AI. I'm certain it will be error free and much more sanitary. Picking up an order for someone else and once again , they get it wrong. Complete incompetence.

I got food poisoning from eating there yesterday. It was either the sour ice tea or the weird tasting turkey sausage that I only ate 2 bites of it. So ?Tried to call the LPGA location in Daytona Beach FL to tell them. Says their phone number has been disconnected.

Sandwich was cold in center my ice coffee was sour and I asked if they could mix up the mocha sitting at the bottom and they said it's "too thick" to mix up. Jelly filled munchkins has basically no filling. As a person who worked for Dana for 8 years in the past I would be embarrassed of the quality of food and service.
