The two young women working there this morning must be the worst duo to work anywhere at the same time together ever. My 2 year old and I were the only people there and they managed to be rude to us and also cuss the entire time talking about their social lives.

I ordered 3 drinks and 6 donuts. I didn’t get my drinks until 20 minutes later. Despite being the first one there when the store was empty, most of the people that came after me got their drinks served. When I got my cappuccino it was LITERALLY half and I requested them to make it again for which they just filled 3/4 cup. Upon going to the counter to request my drinks, I noticed that one of the employee was in her phone and and working at the same time.
The service is terrible here and not even up to par with Dunkin quality standards. I’m truly disappointed in the management of this location.

Its location and design were very cutesy, but the customer service was terrible. We were not greeted when we walked in, even though we were the only ones there. He acted as if he hated his job and didn't want to be there.
It's Dunkin donuts to me and it's in a nice location. The employee was very nice and she understood what I wanted. There was nice seating and music inside, the air conditioning was great and it smelled like a typical donut shop, very nice! It's part of an outdoor mall area and just outside the shop, there are these swinging benches and they are very relaxing. Unfortunately they were all taken up and so I just enjoyed the air conditioning inside of the shop waiting for the bench swings to open but they never did. They are super popular. However, I was with my family for once and just being grateful to be with them drinking some piping hot caffeinated beverages was good enough. Okay, maybe I had an ice decaf, however, you shouldn't, you should visit now! ☺️
Parking: It's a big outdoor mall that's surrounded by some very large parking lots that are free.
Kid-friendliness: Dunkin' is awesome for kids!
Wheelchair accessibility: You could just walk in. There's no steps.

It's Dunkin donuts to me and it's in a nice location. The employee was very nice and she understood what I wanted. I was so excited to see a dunkin was at the outlets. However, when I walked in, it took them 10 minutes to take our order ( there was no line ). The place was so disgusting and there are no straws, the garbage is full, and i’m still waiting on my food ( it’s been about 15 minutes & im already done with my coffee. ) Never had this bad of experience at a dunkin before. Looks like only one person is working & whoever is in the back, looks like management, is just staring at us.

I went after 1pm on july 10, to get a donut. They were 3 associates working but only one running the front. It was an customer in front of me and 2 behind me. I left because the 2nd associate was coming back and forwarded asking the front associate and tell whoever in the back he's not telling me. Un professional.
