Firehouse Subs International Speedway

Stopped in, and no one was in the dining room. Two people were working behind the counter. We were told that it would be 15 minutes before we could order. Why have two people working on to go orders when you have customers right in front of you? That is not good customer service in the least. I used to like Firehouse, and I like that they support firefighters as half of my family volunteer. But it will be awhile before I go back, especially to this location.

Clean store, clean staff, and super friendly.

Great food the red haired chick just ALWAYS forgets to put cucumber on it and when you ask for some she insists she did with a little attitude lmao lady there’s no cucumber I’m looking at the sandwich just put it on the sandwich it’s not coming out of your check 😂

Order the New York Streamer, bread was old , Meat tastes like it was sitting on the counter overnight, just completely garbage for the money I was charged, Really think the owner of this franchise should visit this location 👎

From October 11-18th all fire house subs in the state of Florida is to offer a free hook and ladder combo to all healthcare workers and frontline workers. This location would not give me the deal. They stated that instead it was a buy one get one free deal. I pulled up the instagram video with the CEO clearly stating that it is a free meal, not a buy one get one free and they still wouldn’t give it to me stating I’m just doing what I was told. If my lunch break would’ve allowed, I would’ve went elsewhere. However, being pushed for time I wasn’t able to. I’m not mad that I had to pay, I’m just mad that one thing was advertised but once I reached the store, they wouldn’t honor it.

One of the best subs in this city. Meat is well cooked and the sauces are added perfectly. Some places overdose on their sauces to drown out the taste of the meat, but not here

Wilted lettuce, stem parts in the tomatoes,hard layers of onions, slimy super processed turkey, sandwich was soaking wet. The ingredients are not fresh or quality checked. The best thing was the bread

On top of that the lady at the cashier's was very fast talking and pushy. Would never step foot inside that place again.

For 13$ ? No .Try potbelly or Jimmy johns . Your lettuce won't be brown or yellow.
