I tried the Thanksgiving sub. It was a little dissapoiting. First, I paid almost $11 for a small sub and a gravy on the side! The gravy was too cold, and the sandwich is too pricey for the size. I ate it in just 4 or 5 bites. On top of that it´s not as thick as advertised, they just put thin layers of everything. Not sure if I will come back, at least to this location.

This store has the most incompetent staff. They can't read or get orders correct if their lives depended on it. The port orange store is much better.

Stopped in, and no one was in the dining room. Two people were working behind the counter. We were told that it would be 15 minutes before we could order. Why have two people working on to go orders when you have customers right in front of you? That is not good customer service in the least. I used to like Firehouse, and I like that they support firefighters as half of my family volunteer. But it will be awhile before I go back, especially to this location.

Great food the red haired chick just ALWAYS forgets to put cucumber on it and when you ask for some she insists she did with a little attitude lmao lady there’s no cucumber I’m looking at the sandwich just put it on the sandwich it’s not coming out of your check 😂
