i came in the other night and noticed one of the workers seemed to be falling asleep while making the food…everyone else kind of just worked around him while he nodded out. it was just rlly weird to see and i hope he’s alright.

Love this place. Food is always fresh. Burgers are juicy and always plenty of fries. It was clean and everyone was friendly.

Stopped in this location 11/23 @ about 6 off of International Speedway in Daytona. I have Celiac’s Disease every other 5 Guys I have been to have been Great except this ! The young cashier had NO concern about my allergy, he was rude, looked like he didn’t even want to be there. Asked him to make sure mine was separate from everyone else’s, clean the area and put fresh gloves on. After paying he yells out gluten allergy like how are all those young people going to know mine needs special attention?They were busy in there. I had to ask a girl to please make sure the gloves were changed and she asked for my order number, she said sure. As soon as we got into the vehicle and headed towards home, I only got to eat a few fries when I was instantly gluten stomach pains were terrible, nausea, bloating & gas! I WILL NOT GO BACK to THIS LOCATION!

Kylie (hope I spelled that right), was amazing. Super attentive, really friendly, and gave me a great experience. I’m a store manager myself and what she gave me is exactly what every customer should receive when it comes to customer service. She’s phenomenal and I hope her managers know this. Y’all have a keeper for sure!

Burgers are always good, i just wish they would specify on the little hamburger and the hamburger. Because the first time you go in there, you're thinking the little hamburger is a kid's hamburger, but it's really not. It's just a single while the burger is a double. Just something to know before you go.

Open late acted like it was my fault . The red head chick who does not know how to fold a collar wanted to have a slick mouth . Food cost is not worth the attitude.

Friendly staff, delicious food, a bit pricey for what you get. $11+ for the double burger alone, $7+ for a large fries. Would rate higher if a better value.

Customer service and friendliness is superb here - every employee. I deal with local restaurants daily and top to bottom this place gets it done.

Very expensive, love it, but for 2 people over $32.00 so once in a while we go as a treat.
