Ford's Roadside Express - Daytona

Visited on 12/13/25 about 8 pm. The hostess was busy cleaning menus with her back to the door. A server walked up and they discussed how to handle the crowd. During the 5 minute conversation someone else walks up and inquired about a to-go order! The hostess totally ignored us and took care of the guy. Attempted to call to let someone in management know, no one answered the phone. Went to another restaurant in the area and was immediately greeted, and seated.

Our family absolutely loved it! I had a Model A and it was delicious!

This is second visit to Ford's Garage in Daytona Beach, Florida. Both times while on vacation here with friends. The food is far more than EXCELLENT and the Service was SUPERB! Poor. I experienced manager. More corporate greed. They sell you a gift card with bonus cards that expire!!! BS!!! Dirty chair, food was warm boarding on cold!!! Stay away! No service and food quality is suffering. You get less for your $!! Awful place!

I ordered the Prickly Pear Margarita. It tasted like heavily sugared water with some unknown flavor. Could not taste any alcohol or pears. I sent it back. I then ordered the Blackened Salmon and asked to have the salmon plain grilled with broccoli and green beans. My friend also ordered the blackened salmon with no changes. Both entrees looked exactly the same. The only difference was the small paper flag on a toothpick stuck in mine to supposedly differentiate them because mine was also blackened. And our green beans were raw. It was my first and is my last time going there.

My wife and me have gone here twice within a month! It did not disappoint! The staff are pleasant and helped through the menu. We tried their Classen Panko-crusted fried pickle spears. They came with a Wasabi cucumber sauce! Excellent choice. But go easy on the Wasabi! I had their New England Crispy breaded Cod. The 3 pieces were huge and covered the plate. Their fries were good, but a bit too much seasoned salt. The choices of entrees is quite extensive. Burgers are a big item here and looked delicious as they passed us. My wife enjoyed a half-track platter of baby back ribs with all fixings. Try this place out and you will be pleased too.

This was the first time at one of these restaurants. They had Model A’s on display outside. The food was very good, however, two of us ordered the monte cristo and the kitchen was having a hard time keeping the batter on the bread when making it. We got ours a while after everyone else had theirs.

Ford's Garage Daytona was a fun place to stop by! The restaurant is very immersive with its branding and interior design. It makes the car guys and car girlies feel seen. I was impressed with the little details that really made the ambiance of the restaurant that much more fun. No need to ruin the fun details, I recommend you go in and be surprised! The restaurant food itself was really good! The fried pickles were amazing. They are wedges of pickles and it was fried to where it's still juicy and crunchy. The burger was really good. The Cali Roadster is smaller in size in comparison to the Hamburgers and it was perfect for me. I am not a burger person, and I'm picky if I do eat a burger and it was amazing. AMAZING. Our waitress was really nice and attentive. She even let me celebrate my birthday! They have the birthday surprise. Will definitely return if I'm back in the area!

Make this short since my visit was 15 minutes Check in for table and seat was ok.. Acknowledge waited 15 minutes, 1 STAR Wait for service 15 minutes, 1 STAR I don't complain to management anymore to these restaurants because doing so Nothing changes. Overall visit 1 STAR
