A family run steamed seafood stand. You make your order and leave - “come back in 15 minutes”. Thoroughly enjoyed the shrimp with corn potatoes and two boiled eggs. Seasoned nicely. For a boy from Louisiana who travels with his seasoning I did add some spice. But food was hot, seasoned well and tasty. I will go again, next time I’m in Daytona. More than I could eat. All for $19.00. A great value too! Minus you have to take out. No eating on premises. So I went to the park and had a beer.

Delicious and juicy crabs. All of the crabs were perfectly steamed so the flesh was soft and moist. Butter and seasoning were mild and not overpowering which went very well with the flavor of the crabs. Corn and potatoes were perfectly cooked and sweet. We also ordered a tray of mussels, which was not on the menu. Mussels were very flavorful, meaty, yet soft. I was only visiting Daytona for vacation, but i will definitely return to Fresh Box on my next visit. The store is take-out only and does not have seating.

We ordered snow crab tray for 2. It was pretty good for 2 people. Seasoning was decent not spicy. Shrimp and crab was a bit over cooked but not to bad over all. I'd eat there again.
