Kids had a blast..but adults be aware 1 beer and 1 wine $30. They add 20 percent gratuity automatically.
It was a fun place to hang out with the family, girl at the counter looked and acted like she hates her life. We had fun thou and was good value for what it was. The beach was too cold so we found something close to do and it was descent. No place to sit other than the game chairs and restaurant.
The bartender overcharged us. Asked for 4 of the strawberry smash cocktails with Tito’s in substitution of the Maker Mark Bourbon and she charged us for (4) “$4 floater”s (an extra $16) when we didn’t get a double or anything extra. (Said the up-charge was for the strawberry puree)
Hannah was the server.
She rang in the wrong food and although it is her fault that the food was rang in wrong, the wait was not her fault. It was a 30-35 min wait when it was not busy. Very bad experience from personally managing and bartending a restaurant for 10+ years.
This place is the physical embodiment of lipstick on a pig. We paid 20 dollars for our lane only for it to get stuck and not work for half the game. Finding help only ate away at our time since it was nearly impossible to find someone. Then when the game did work, it still didn’t because it couldn’t even do what you do in elementary school and count! It would say someone scored a six when only two pins were hit. It was ridiculous. Then towards the end of our hour, we tried to purchase another hour, they didn’t even let us because it was close to closing time. The least they could do is let us finish the game for the amount of technical delays and lack of efficiency in assistance there was. If you come here, just don’t bowl, go literally anywhere else.
Horrible place!! the server was terrible was given late night menu 2 1/2 hrs before close and told couldn’t order the Mac n cheese balls due to them wanting to use them on the burgers that were not on the late menu! Than got no drink refills watched as our server went out side to smoke and hang out with her friend. Order app and salads and main food. Main food came out First than our salads than at the very end our appetizer came out! Once all this mess was done we received check were the server informed us everyone who comes in gets auto gratuity additionally 20% so be aware if you want atrocious service and Kristen R is who took the worse care of the table!
Way better bang for your buck than Dave and Buster's. I got the pizza as part of my dine and game combo. I was SHOCKED with how good "arcade" pizza was lol. The other food looked appetizing as well. The atmosphere was nicer and not as loud and D& B's. My only negative is the parking.
I love the space and the cleanliness however even though there was a lot of games they were repetitive ;the same kind of games just different themes so there wasnt much to choose from my kids enjoyed it though so I would go back again.
The bowling pins are held up by strings and often get tangled.
Dirty, bowling was messing up the whole time. Expensive.
We got there 15 minutes early to get shoes for our bowling time. Girl behind the counter wouldnt help us until our reservation time started. So we lost a good amount of time to bowl. Kids had to get different size shoes because they didnt fit. Whole point we asked to do this early. Then we couldnt find the boiling balls. Went back to the counter she said we had to get them there. Would have been nice to have mentioned that while we were there. No waitress for the boiling side. Have to go to the bar yourself. When we got there the bar tender moved so slow. Every employee walking around seemed aloof. Cant bring balloons. Owner does like it because it blocks tv. Drinks and food extremely expensive. I will say I had one good experience with an employee at the prize area. Such patience with the kids picking out their prizes. Offered suggestions. Great gal.

Honestly, this place is kinda wack considering it’s located at a place as nice as One Daytona. A few of my coworkers decided to have a team building exercise here, with the expectation that we would bowl for a couple hours and maybe play a few arcade games if we had any time leftover before we needed to get back to the office. Well, when we got to the bowling counter, there were no employees there to greet us, and after about 5 minutes of searching we were able to find a couple. Subsequently, they told us that their IT guy forgot to run some kind of system update on their computer, and it would be about 10 minutes before we would be able to bowl, because they couldn’t get us a lane or shoes without access to the computer system. 45 MINUTES later the system was finally updated. Pretty wild to tell us 10 minutes then have it be over 4x that long. It ate up a large chunk of the time we had allotted for bowling, so we were reduced to only being able to bowl one full game because of it. Additionally, every lane was lit up a different color (all the lane lights combined resembled a rainbow), and while I have nothing against rainbows, the colored lanes do make it a bit harder to bowl when you’re not used to it. Beyond the computer system issues, we found that the arcade area was pretty crappy too. The basketballs in one of their skill games were flat and falling apart, one of the air hockey tables didn’t keep score accurately, and one of the pinball-style machines literally broke when we tried to use it (the ball got immediately stuck). Staff all seemed like it was their first day on the job, and they offered us literally nothing for the inconvenience that their broken computer system caused for us, not even an apology.
Fun place to bring the family. Lots of arcade games. They have a bowling alley inside and a restaurant.
This is not a bad place to go for entertainment, I've been here several times before. But the bad service received and the auto grat on a party of 3 is slightly ridiculous. The service was not worth the tip they provided themselves, and then not saying thank you to the guest to show any appreciation for the tip is unprofessional at best. I would rather go to Dave & Busters than this place in the future. The auto gratuity should only be added to parties of 6 or more, not 3 people sitting at the bar.
Excellent customer service!
Nice. Perfect for my kids
