very bad service
I ordered a medium matcha frozen latte and it honestly was the worst matcha drink I’ve ever had. There was no matcha flavor and the only flavor detectable was milk and fake sugar, similar to Splenda. It was unfortunate especially considering how expensive their prices are. Why did I pay $8 for a disgusting drink? It was so bad I had to dump it.

Ordered the Creme Brulee latte and the White Chocolate Caramel latte, as well as the carrot "cake", marble poundcake, strawberry cake, and quite a few other items. Received exceptionally poor quality "cakes" with quality below that of 711 pound cakes for twice the price. As far as the "lattes", I could not tell the difference between my drink and my wife's drink. Again, even 711 can deliver better quality. Admittedly, this is the risk of ordering food through a delivery service, but that doesn't explain the sub-par quality of all of the items. Will never be unfortunate enough to order from Gloria Jean's again.
I get to enjoy my cup of iced mocha each time I go to Volusia mall.
I ask the Indian guy that works there for some water that someone was shocking in the bathroom and he wouldn’t care , he say only water bottle and you must pay
