Came in to the store at 7:00pm, all the chair were stacked up, when we unstavked ti seat of course!! them she Feonia, says you have to put them were you found them because we are closing in an hour. So wheres the costumers are supposed to seat?? Never again coming back worst customer service ever

Wrong hours. Staff said they close at 9 pm not 8 pm. If they know the problem why didnt they act on it? We had to rush to make it store by 8 pm so it was frustrating to hear that from the staff. Limited options and coffee chip seems bit more sweeter than usual

My experience was nothing short of amazing. The friendly welcoming, cleanliness, but best of all Brianna’s customer service made the experience more than memorable. She was very sweet and answered all of our questions with great detail and gave great recommendations according! Everything we had was delicious, will definitely be coming back!!!

Words can't describe how we felt coming to Häagen-Dazs. From the call over the phone to inquire about sorbet, to the experience in the shop, ultimately culminating in a mind blowing cold treat experience. We sat outside on the common area seating and were surprised when we both started salivating uncontrollably while eating the raspberry sorbet. My girlfriend couldn't stop spitting and drooling on me, and me the same. Then, she began crying. We would love nothing more than to highly recommend Häagen-Dazs ice cream to anyone looking for a unique culinary experience. Blessings, friends!

My son purchased a milk shake from this location. His first or second sip of the milk shake had a hair in it. The worker was not wearing a hair net, but had facial hair. So gross!

Ice cream was good, but Bri’s customer service was outstanding. She was very attentive and kind and responded to all our questions accordingly. We’re definitely coming back!

I asked to purchase a banana for my infant and she told me she can't sell me a banana she will have to sell me it as a banana split all the while telling me this in a rude tone. She then proceeds to ignore me and take care of other customers and making me wait. Terrible Service!!

Managers are horrible lazy people that do not care about employees at all.

They don’t hire black people even when they need the staff they rather suffer with no staff waiting on a white persons application than hiring a black person. they even will try to work around a white person busy schedule then a black persons open availability. they have a employee who is disrespectful to other employees and customers. it’s a awful store to go to. and it’s way overpriced not with it. cold stone is better.

I went to this store to buy ice cream for my daughter, the customer service is terrible and the attitude of the employees is rude, it's a shame that the ice cream was delicious. Just for the ice cream I give it 2 stars.

I Ordered Mocha Frappe just mins ago and it tastes nothing like it. The employe struggled a bit while blending it and when I tasted it, it was just ice. I told her I did not like it and I am just eating ice, she told me that is how it comes(she wasn’t rude though). I trashed it right in the store.I wasted my $9, I should I have picked some slushies in a gas station.They would have tasted better.
