The attitude is unbelievable; called with my friend. Picked up; we then said give us a second since she said she doesn’t have the ingredients anymore. Called back; she hung up and then proceeded to keep hanging up the phone instead of saying we can’t take orders. Even though she started taking the order 2 minutes prior. This is unbelievable.

First the she(no sure the name) started taking my order and everything seemed fine, then she later said we don’t have that anymore. Told her I would give her a call back let me look at the menu. She said okay, called her back within 1 min. She picked up the phone and hung up. Then I called again to no one answering. We then decided to go over there to order. She was extremely rude and refused me want to take the order!
That could’ve all been handled over the phone! It doesn’t seem difficult to say “sorry unfortunately we are not taking orders”

Firstly when I walked in no one was at the front to seat me. Secondly for a hot pot place you would expect either American pop music or Chinese music. No instead they were playing Indian music which was weird. The food was bland and not good at all. I got the lamb very spicy and it was terrible. One small ball of lamb little cabbage and some sad mushrooms. The rice was over cooked to the point it was not rice and the vermicelli noodles were thick for some reason and not good at all. The soup itself for some reason had like some milk in it weirdly and there was no flavor to it. Nothing about it tasted good. The tables were sticky and did not look clean and the pricing for what was received was terrible. The service as well was bad as the lady didn’t even come over once and I had to go to the front to ask her to pay.

Being the only customers should’ve been the biggest sign, but the filthy bathroom, the bug zapper, and the food stains on the walls beside the table should’ve sealed the deal, but I truly try to be optimistic. The food was edible, but barely. I’m not picky, but it was the worst Asian cuisine I’ve ever consumed. Now, a day later, my wife and I are having digestive issues. Pro, the young lady waiting on us was kind, knowledgeable, and resourceful. But I never got a refill on my water.

Restaurant was pretty gross and our table was dirty. This hotpot restaurant serves their meat already cooked and you just reheat it in the broth, so it comes out tough and bland. Worse hotpot experience ever.

First time trying this place. Nothing was explained to us. We asked what we should order and waitress had air buds in her ears and she didn’t understand how to explain the restaurant to me. The food was raw and no flavor. Basically I paid 60 dollars to cook a tasteless meal. Don’t waste your money! I even asked for some type of credit bec I really ate nothing and she took 2.00 off. I know why place is always empty now!!
