Food was great, host was really kind and helpful. A little expensive for lunch but that’s the normal nowadays!

Foods are good, but hygiene needs improvement. Portion is smaller than expected.

The broth wasn't nothing but water, it was nasty. A big rip off, everything was nasty. Never seen a Caucasian make Chinese food, and it's nothing like Chinese food at all. WARNING DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! If there were a negative 35 star I would give it to them!

Very delicious Spicy Taiwanese hotpot. The flavor was very similar to the original in Taiwan. I was so happy with this meal. Specially, I love their roll tofu, it was so fantastic. ❣️

This is my new favorite place for Chinese/Asian food. If you are looking for an authentic Asian food or hot pot, you have to try this restaurant. I’ve been in this Daytona area for over two years from Dallas, and I’m SO HAPPY that I found this restaurant. Highly recommend! I definitely come back for more food and bring all my family and family here. LOVE IT !

Oh my goodness. This place is amazing. So much depth of flavor for ramen and hot pot. Choose your broths and spicy levels. Great steamed buns too

First the host tried to seat us at a dirty table. They sat us at the table and never came back. So after 15 minutes and no water or food order was taken, we left. This is a nice new restaurant that could be a great place to dine, but if you don't have good customer service it will not last. I hope they get it together.

The hotpot options are great. Very yummy and its filled with ingredients I like. The wintermelon tea is sooo good. For dessert, you can't go wrong with the mango pomelo sago. The place is very clean.

The weird textures of some of the gelatinous fish products was a little off-putting but I feel like it's pretty authentic. I had the curry seasoned "hot" and it was good, perhaps needed a little heat

As someone who eat hotpot every other day especially this type of non AYCE hotpot, it is very disappointing when I tried the hotpot here. Me and my partner are hotpot lovers, we have been to other Hi Pot locations and this one is just not the same as what we would expect. Service is great though, no complaints on that. The food quantity is VERY little to what it should be. There is barely anything inside the pot. I ordered flaming spicy like I always do at other Hi Pot locations, to my surprise they made the soup so spicy it’s not enjoyable. I have a very high tolerance for spice but this is just too much as if they are trying to punish me… I ate it regardless without dying but it’s not what I expected from Hi Pot. There was no sauce placed on the side of the table, you’d have to ask for it or they wouldn’t offer. The pot they gave me and my partner also has some issues, we were unable to put out the fire because the pot is faulty. The atmosphere is great, nice decorations and they have some toys for sale at the cashier. Overall, I’m disappointed about the food, very low quantity and to make the spice level unbearable even for a spicy eater like me. Never in my life I ordered Flaming spicy and half of the soup is the chilli oil…Parking: Easy parking

I was really excited when they first open since there is no hot pot restaurants in the area!I went here with my bf and we ordered 2 soups. There was a short curly black strand of hair in my bf soup. We don’t have curly hair. They refuse to give a refund for his soup that he ordered. They offered a boba tea and said that’s the best they could do. They wanted to redo his soup but at that point, my bf already lost his appetite. Though my soup was absolutely delicious but be wary, when things go wrong… they will not accommodate. Service was ok but the ending service was terrible. :(Good food but just hope you didn’t have anything wrong with your food or you’re screwed. We have not been there since.

We’ve been to several HiPot locations in FL, and by far this one has been the biggest disappointment. This location indicates that they close at 9pm. We came in at 8pm on a Friday night and were told by the waitress (with the biggest attitude) that they were doing take-out only without any further explanation. We approached her again to question why it was the case and she said their kitchen closes in 15mins. But ok, I’m sure we could order our meal in those 15mins, dine in, and be out by 9pm. She said “No, take-out only”, again with an attitude. If you’re not offering dine-in after 8pm then change your hours to not mislead your customers. Very poorly managed. Would not recommend this place! We ended up going to the restaurant next door, Sergio’s. They also close at 9pm. We were able to dine-in and enjoyed a delicious meal. Top-notch service too! HiPot Daytona, maybe you can learn a thing or two from your next door business!
