Service was terrible, it took 30 minutes for a 3 tender meal, and they only had 2 other customers. Which 1 person was there before me and still was waiting. The staff was to busy talking and not working. I would fire every single one of them.This I blame on management and staff. I will never eat at the store ever again

ordered 2 meals with 2 drinks on doordash. got 1 meal and 0 drinks. the food tasted very old, not fresh or even warm at all. delivered food may be cool down on the way, but it tasted hours old. very dry.
then i found a roach in the only meal we actually got.

I was very disappointed to see the manager preparing food while practicing poor hygiene. They repeatedly had their fingers in their mouth and were scratching their head without wearing gloves or washing their hands before continuing to prepare customers’ food. Watching someone handle food this way is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about food safety. Managers should be setting the standard for cleanliness and proper food handling, not ignoring basic hygiene. I hope this location takes this seriously and provides better training and accountability.

My boyfriend and I went to this location two days ago, I believe, to try Huey's chicken for the first time and it did not disappoint! Food was delicious. Kenny helped us at the counter and he was very thorough with explaining all of our options, which we appreciated!! He shared with us sauce options that weren't even on the menu up above, really going the extra mile. Then to top it off, he gave us a surprise in the bag: some onion rings for the ride home to try with the sauces we bought! Thank you!

Ran out of magoo sauce before 6pm which I believe is when most people eat dinner?? They put a different sauce in my to go order and when I got home and called was when I was told they were completely out of magoo sauce. Nice
