Pam and Brittany were fantastic as usual. Never had to ask them to pour our wine or water or serve our food. They understood and fulfilled our every need. Their service is like no other.

The service and food were superior. Chris and John were very attentive and helped us celebrate my wife's birthday and made unit special!

My wife and I visited Hyde Park on Friday before a show. We ordered two Caesar salads, two soups, and drinks. The food came out in a reasonable time, and my lobster bisque tasted good initially. However, about halfway through, I encountered a piece of lobster shell large enough to wedge between my gum and tooth, causing some bleeding. I asked the staff member who brought out our salads if this was normal, and he confirmed it was not and said he would address it. After that point, we did not see our server again until the check arrived. When I handed over my card, we waited roughly 20 minutes before I finally had to get up and locate her. Several staff members were standing together talking, so it was surprising the checkout process took that long. The printed check total was around $80, which seemed fine. However, as soon as we left and my wife went to the restroom, I checked my phone and saw a pending charge of $199.16 on my credit card. We immediately went back to the host stand for clarification. The staff seemed irritated that we were asking about the discrepancy. When the manager came out, he told me, “We always place an authorization charge for a different amount on a card.” I pointed out that I've never seen that happen anywhere, including at Hyde Park previously. He then changed his explanation and said the server made a mistake. Honest mistakes happen, and I understand that. What I don't appreciate is being given an explanation that wasn't accurate. Between the shell in the soup, the lack of service after it was brought to their attention, the long delay with payment, and the incorrect card charge, the overall experience didn't match the quality of the food.

The food and service are always exceptional, and Kristie, the manager, never fails to go above and beyond to make sure our experience is absolutely flawless ! Hard to find now a days !

Excellent, high end restaurant. Casual attire acceptable. Spectacular menu and food presentation.

Excellent steak quality, service was good but repetitive...we had 2 nice servers coming at different times asking same questions...which makes the experience a little annoying...Bit overall impressive for a high quality steakhouse in that town.

My husband and I had dinner at Hyde Park and it was phenomenal! The service was exceptional and the food was delicious. It was the best filet I have had and the calami starter was amazing! We went all out and had wine, appetizers, steak with 2 sides, dessert and coffees!

10/12/25: I got the seabass in the lemon crystal vinaigrette sauce. The first few bites were bursting with delicious flavor. But about half way through, the flavor got a bit more fishy. I didn’t notice any skin on the fish, but it tasted as though there was uncooked fish skin. I ended up leaving a bit of the fish left on the plate. So I personally don’t think I’d order this again and is the reason for dropping a star since this was $50 and didn’t taste great throughout.

The sautéed asparagus however, was tasty throughout. It’s cooked in extra virgin olive oil and has a few chunks of shaved Parmesan sprinkled on top. I would tell you to order these.

Service was quick, granted I already knew which entree I wanted when I walked in. I sat outside where it’s less noisy and you can hear the waves crashing in the ocean. So outside has a nice ambiance.

It’s valet parking only, but they validate it for you.

Celebrating our anniversary is always a treat at Hyde Park. Our steaks were cooked to perfection. Gus and Jon treated us like royalty. Definitely a romantic atmosphere and food worthy of a celebration.

The very best food and service I have experienced in a long while. Excellent drinks. My new favorite place to eat on special occasions or anytime.

Great dinner, service, and atmosphere!! Cannot wait to return!! Highly recommend checking out this restaurant and make sure you order the lobster escargot!! Trust me, it is life changing!! That good! 🤪❤️
