My wife and I visited Hyde Park on Friday before a show. We ordered two Caesar salads, two soups, and drinks. The food came out in a reasonable time, and my lobster bisque tasted good initially. However, about halfway through, I encountered a piece of lobster shell large enough to wedge between my gum and tooth, causing some bleeding. I asked the staff member who brought out our salads if this was normal, and he confirmed it was not and said he would address it. After that point,...
