We had a late evening meal at IHOP and were lucky enough to have Kirsten as our server—she was absolutely outstanding.
Even late at night, Kirsten was upbeat, attentive, and genuinely friendly. She made sure our drinks were always full, checked in at just the right times, and handled everything with a great attitude that really stood out. It’s not easy to keep that level of energy and professionalism during late hours, but she made the whole experience feel welcoming and relaxed.
Our food came out quickly, everything was correct, and Kirsten made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed.

Had a wonderful experience here, the new server that said he started training 4 days ago did an excellent job and so did the other lady on the shift. Food was very good came out fast and the server even found a decaf tea I was wanting! Would definitely come back!
