I stopped here for a quick breakfast on a Sunday and, although it was busy here I was seated and waited on sooner than I expected. Coffee and food were good, prices moderate. I would stop here again...

I come here every year to work the Daytona 500. This year I worked 15 hours straight on a rainy day with rain delays. I came in ordered and ate a less than mediocre meal. I had a bus to catch and it was cold outside. I was dozing off from working all day. I was about to order another a pot of coffee when the general manager, an evil 100+ looking woman came out of nowhere and put me out in the cold because “I had been there too long”. It is a 24 hour restaurant. And I was spending money. Terrible food and customer service. I would give this ihop a big negatory.

This location has yet to fail us. We had a breakfast favorite combo and a mushroom spinach omelet with hollandaise sauce. Both meals were delicious with a respectable wait time. Our server, KC, has waited on us before and even though there were only 2 servers today, KC's service was excellent. She was attentive and present without being too present. Other restaurant managers should come eat here to experience what good service means.
