Twice I've been to this establishment and we're treated the same which was not acknowledged us and take the person after us . It's annoying it's so constantFirst time: I was with my family and waited 20 mins before someone actually acknowledged us. Then tell us that it's going to be another 15 to 20 mins to get our food bc I think it was a short staffed but see that's not my issueBecause second time we go , it's the same waiting for about 15 mins , after knowing we was there , they come and take the next people that where after us. Idc about what your suppose intentions are built . If that's not how yall run yall business then don't do it idc about apologies ,do better.

I ordered food online and it said the order will be done at 10:56am that's asap. We got there at 11am and my order was not done! I had to wait an extra 30 minutes for my food that I paid ahead of time. It's annoying you can never speak to anyone because they never answer the phone! It has to be someone in cooperate to deal with this! Never again
