I cannot believe how RUDE this woman is. I called to place an order she was so obnoxious when she hanged up the phone on me. I asked for the oxtails and asked her to please put the gravy on the side. She yelled at me and said she angrily said she has no where else to put the gravy. She hanged up!How can anyone be so rude when doing business with clients?

First time ordering thru Grubhub. It arrived on time. I ordered Large Curry Chicken and it was tasty. I have little pieces of chicken which expecting more for a Large. It came with Rice and peas, mac n cheese, and cabbage. I wish they equally distributed the Chicken but I did not get a lot. I have more mac n cheese and the rice. The second time I ordered and got worst Jan 27, 2024.I got the wrong order. I wanted PLANTAINS, POTATO SALAD BUT GOT CABBAGE, MAC N CHEESE WHICH I HATE.Why do you ask to pick 3 sides if you don't do it anyways. Order somewhere else to save aggravation.!!!!!!!

I just want to share my first time experience I had with this restaurant today and the reason for my low rating based on customer service not the food. I read the great reviews and decided to go and try this restaurant with my sister and son and to my surprise, I was Very disappointed! What turned me right away was, as soon as I opened the door I was NOT greeted with a hello but was greeted with "We have no rice and close the door" before my sister and son could come completely in behind me and us not realizing this place was extremely small for us to even fit in. Soon as I was greeted like this, I immediately told my sister let's Leave and go to our usual Jamaican food spot. Customer service skills need to be improved here when you have paying customers willing to buy from your company.

I absolutely Love Jamaican food!The food was not good, I was very disappointed! The macaroni and cheese did not taste fresh, It tasted as if it was left overs.. The beef patty was not good.The oxtails were not good. My family and I purchased different meals. The food was not tasty, it just taste like salt.I will not go back.
