I was charged twice for one order. I called and the young lady said they only have one receipt so that means I was only charged once. Your system was fast to charge me twice, so I do expect my money back just as fast. It will be disputed once it clears.

Extremely rude staff placed an order through Uber Eats. The order was not as what I ordered, and they wouldn’t even have the decency to fix it for us because it was made through Uber Eats and there’s no accountability and a business of that should be able to replace a sandwich to a long-standing customer. I’ll never shop there again manager on duty was extremely rude and loud on the phone just asking questions

Twice I've called and was told they can deliver if I paid card but couldn't deliver if I paid cash because nobody can pick up the cash. How would I have got the sandwich if I paid with a card they still had to come here. I feel like my money was no good and I tip well.
There was no one in the building. Only one person was sitting in the car in the parking lot, the employee who clearly did not want to do his job. We were not able to order or eat because there was no one in the building. Disappointed by the lack of service.
