Johnny Rockets

First time eating at a Johnny Rocket's. Had a Rocket burger and a chocolate shake. Both were good, but the serving sizes were disappointing. I thought for $8.99 I'd get more than a single 1/4 pounder, and even assumed it would come with fries for that price. Same with the shake, it was very good, but seemed a bit small for $6.99. Beth was a very good server. Ocean Walk Shoppes needs a refresh, it's tired and worn. Five Guys retains the title for best burger chain IMO.

This place has gone down hill. Since their reopening it's been the worst service I've encountered in many years. The place needs different managers. I can't believe ownership would like how their establishment is being ran. Don't waste your time going.

Burger was ok, fries were horrible it was a big group but it became a cluster when food was coming out trying to figure out who's was what. Servers were nice, kitchen was pretty slow.

Long wait for COLD food! The table next to us was also served COLD food! After complaining twice the manager knocked $10 off of the meal, however, extremely unsatisfied.

Good luck to the new management.

My experience was amazing great food and amazing staff definitely will be visiting again

Kid-friendliness: My kids never eat all of their food. This time the cleaned their plates and I didn’t have to promise them a milkshake. The milkshake is also really good. Especially with a chocolate chip cookie ?

Wheelchair accessibility: This was the best burger that I’ve ever had. It was even better that what we had in California hands down. The service was great, thank you Jori. We will see you all again in the Spring.

This restaurant is bright and airy and situated with boutiques and other small restaurants right on the beach in Daytona. The food was ok, your standard burgers & fries, the service was excellent. Very reasonably priced & likely quite popular with tourists, especially young people, and perhaps young families.

Parking: I walked to this restaurant from our hotel so I cannot comment on parking availability. It looks like there may have been a parking garage directly across the street with a covered walkway over the street.

Didn't order anything. Was sat waiting for 25 minutes. Everyone working looked miserable. Was told we'll be right with u but couldn't wait any longer.

Genuinely one of the best experiences I've ever had in a restaurant. Food was good, location and view is great, and our server Chris was beyond excellent at making sure we were taken care of and went above and beyond at making our experience as enjoyable as possible. We would come back just for his service alone. Easily a 5-star experience.

Frank was great, really friendly and good with kids and was attentive to us with refills and updates on the order. Highly recommend.

Food was eh. We spent about $50 on two burgers, one side of fries (cheese + bacon), 1 drink and a deluxe shake. (Just the items, this did not include our tip.) We knew it would be pricey but we expected it to have better quality than Burger King, very disappointing and I would not go back; I'm just glad we went here and not a pricier location. The shake was good but not worth $9..
Our server was sweet but the establishment itself smelled and looked musty. There were several water spots on ceiling, one which was leaking into the hostess area (figured I'd mention it had not rained...) They got our order wrong (no cheese + bacon) and our server immediately noticed and fixed it; we appreciated her.

Kid-friendliness: Coloring pages and materials for kids as well as cartoons on the TV. Nice to see but again wish the place wasn't musty...

Walked in instantly greeted by server Chris, was thinking this was going to be a good experience. Instantly gets kids food in and going, but 30 mins later ,no drink order taken. Maybe 6 tables in the place between 3 servers. Finally order. Drinks for kids or adults still havent came. Ok cool. Kids food comes, then my partners. Still no drinks lol. Sat around while the family ate and still no food for me. My food never showed up at all lmao. Finally after the family was tired and full i had to get the check and get out. Took another 15 mins for that. Said sorry over and over. Removed the food i never got from my bill (duh) ,paid n got out of there. My dude chris is good but not THAT good ,he needs more help and instead of trying to hog all the tables trying to get more tips it cost him the tip just for lack of service. No napkins, no silverware no drinks.He did give me the food for free as i was walking out the door and they were turning off the lights. It was iight cold by the time i walked back to the room. Good folks workin there nothin personal

This place is gross. Smells like a sweaty lockeroom. Phone is disconnected or always off the hook, and you can't place orders online. I guess they don't like making money. The servers seem genuinely unhappy to be there
