Thank you to the fabulous ladies at the Columbia store!!! Great customer service and very helpful!! I had bought a pair of jeans from the American Eagle store over Christmas,they left the security tag on them, It happens. I drive a hour away to have them remove it to find out they are closed today and reopen tomorrow. There is a crew in the store working, I tap on the door and 4 or so of the employees look at me. I hold up the jeans and show them the tag and they ALL just walk...read full review
