Absolute worst location!!! Needs new management ASAP!! Our order said to be done at 6pm, waited 40 minutes for our dinner. There was a manager or corporate guy there that absolutely did nothing. The staff is also extremely rude. The manager was just standing at the window drinking his drink. Staff handling food didn’t have gloves on, trash everywhere and just disgusting. After we asked about our order twice we started to notice multiple people that came in after us that ordered the same exact thing were leaving before we got anything from our order. So if you plan on eating dinner a whole hour to two later then this is your location. If you want your food when it says it would be ready, or remotely close to it then I would go to a different location!!

Before I start I would like to say I was treated disgustingly while I was here at this kfc. I had to stop by to pick up an order and realized I had to use the bathroom, this was my first time here and I had not known the other stalls were broken. As I was using the restroom in much pain I kept getting harassed by the manager to come from out the restroom she told me if I did not come out she would have someone forcefully remove me from the bathroom even if I was not finished. In hearing these words I was very appalled and the urge to finish my business was replaced with anger after being treated with such disregard and disrespect so I exchanged some words with the manager. The most absurd part about this whole encounter was that she tried to put me in jail after I was the victim of such inexcusable conduct. Now I would have liked to file a lawsuit because I was put in a very humiliating and vulnerable situation and had never been treated that way in my life before coming to this kfc. I also would have liked to place this review sooner but I did not have the words to describe how they made me feel in this establishment. As I said before I could have filed a lawsuit or the manager could be placed on permanent leave, having treated another person with such inhuman contempt. I do not know her name but she is a short black light-skin manager and if anybody is in Daytona for any event I advise you to spend money elsewhere or risk being treated worse than a dog. (I do have a witness to attest to what had happened, thank you in advance)

What a terrible service, the girl who receives the orders through drive thru serves horribly and in a rude manner, it is understandable that they may be 30 or 40 minutes away from closing but it does not justify them saying that they do not have potatoes just because they do not want to fry them. Regarding the girl, if she doesn't have empathy, what are she doing working in customer service, why not? They put her to make the food and give the position to someone who truly wants to serve well.

I just discovered today that I'm invisible. It is a true shame that a person walks into this place and the two staff members upfront literally walk away towards the back. This place can't get an order right if God himself was standing beside them. This KFC employs some of the laziest people in Daytona Beach.
Ordered from here through Uber eats, part of the order was missing, the chicken was soggy and greasy and definitely no where near extra crispy, nor was it even the correct pieces. The mac n cheese was old and dried out. This is what happens when you got a crew that's a bunch of DEI hires. KFC used to be worth the money, and staffed by people who did their job. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves for sending out my order in the state it was in. I highly recommend avoiding this place, I sure will be in the future. 50$ wasted.

Went through the drive thru. Sat at the order thing for 10 minutes waiting on someone to answer and take my order. They did not respond and say the needed a moment. I got no answers. Finally got my order taken and when I checked the receipt I noticed prices I was charged were different than what was on the menu. Not only that but they gave the wrong order when they handed me my food. This was the worst experience I've ever had in any fast food place. I would never recommend this KFC ever

She did nor listen to what I had ordered 😐 I asked for two Buckets of original eight piece chicken And only receive one bucket. And paid extra money ppl are not receiving what they ordered this Ridiculous!
