I don't know what the problem is with this particular location every time I come here it sucks I guess that's my fault for coming back every time I go to the locations in Ormond or Port Orange everything is fine simple order two chicken littles tastes like the chicken was sitting under a lamp for 5 hours although the dude at the window was very polite
I was running errands because my daughter and grandson was in the hospital so I stop by to eat something bc I'm a diabetic, I haven't eaten anything yet because I was trying to make sure my grandson n daughter was ok.
The cook needs to fired and I want my total refund back and I'm calling the health department 😞 never again I will cook my own chicken ugh

This location doesn’t know the difference between a drum stick and a thigh. Avoid going at night my food wasn’t fresh at all. My chicken had so much fat I couldn’t even eat around it. The reviews are accurate for this location.

Went to the drive thru and the speaker was broken, drove up to the window and the employee said I had to go inside to order food. Waiting for my order, the employee informs me that they do not have any white meat or wings so I had to take all drumsticks and thighs. This is ridiculous for a KFC. Worst experience ever.

For it being a younger group of employees in there working, they were timely, respectful, and more importantly was actually working and not on their phones or playing around.. I think I found my new KFC....

The most poorly mismanaged KFC! Always short handed, out of something, and tonight I waited over half an hour, on the side, after ordering and paying. I live nearby and the service has been poor for years. Maybe pay a bit better and get an organized manager so they are not constantly out of stuff. Tonite the excuse was, they only had one fryer working. A very unhappy customer

listen, i work in a very fast-paced, high-stress food environment where we have mobil order and online order issues constantly, but never in my life has it taken me and my understaffed crew this long to figure it out. i’m extremely upset with the poor service. we’ve been here for an hour and we’re still waiting on our food. never again.

The health dept needs to pay them a visit. I got a chicken sandwich from there and got hit with food poisoning. The last time I got food there it was old and gross. Whoever is managing that place needs their job looked at. I will never be back
