I used to love eating krystals hot and spicy chicken wings. I haven't eaten them since 2018. Decided to stop by and order some wings they seem different there was no breading and it wasn't really spicy. They were cooked hot and fresh great customer but the recipe seems different. I miss the heat factor🔥

The least efficient fast food where everyone starts stroking out if there's more than 2 orders, this place genuinely sucks, please close it so any other fast food can take its place.

Not much to say other than the employees sitting in a car outside before 9:30pm saying lobby is closed only drive through… does not sound right.

Horrible, I ordered 3 burgers at 11:35pm drove here from away only to be told would have to wait cause they shut down grill for closing 25 minutes later however would make them if I wanted to wait till they finished cleaning 15 minutes. I did not order.

Every 2 years I stop here traveling from Houston Texas 10+yrs.(family reunion) Always clean, never a wait, staff is nice and food is cook to order.( Houston to Oak Hill fl)
