Relaxing Great staff Good food at reasonable prices Great overlook of resort pool TVs for sports Always have pepperoni and cheese pizza that's not kn actual menu. Must be a Margaritaville owner or guest of owner however

Service was not good. We ordered a hamburger and waited 15 minutes to ask for ketchup and mustard. The burger was then cold. The service was slow from start to finish. It was not crowded in the restaurant. Once we got our bill, we had to wait another 20 minutes to give them our payment. Wings were good and crispy. Burger was cooked perfect and probably would have been great warm. The chicken was swimming in sauce. It looked like it was doing the backstroke. Another table ordered chicken and it looked completely different than the plate that was on our table. There wasn't any consistency. Very Limited menu on Christmas. We asked if we could order something else off the regular menu and we were told we could not. It was very stuffy in the restaurant. The fans were running then they turned them off. No clue why they would turn them off since it was very warm in the restaurant.Seems like there is no consistency in food and service.

We recently had an excellent meal and our server, Devin, did a great job. She paid attention to getting our order correct and checked on us several times even though it was Trivia Night and she was very busy.
The Chill was packed with a typical fun event, but Amber had no trouble providing excellent service. She was so attentive, prompt, personable, and all-around is a fantastic server.
