I love this place! My husband and I stopped in on Saturday night and Megan took great care of us. We’ve always had the best service and their charcuterie boards are incredible! We had a delicious bottle of Chianti too.
The woman singing that evening had the most beautiful voice… I don’t remember who was performing that night though. I’m going to call and find out. She was so talented.

We had been to Madeleine's several times and always have one bottle of wine. We do not open a tab and pay as we go. This past time we were there we ordered our usual bottle but the waitress did not bring us our card. The following day we realized we did not have our card. We went back to Madeline's and spoken to Elle, the manager. She had our card but we were charged for two bottles instead of one. A hefty tip was also charged. We had left a cash tip when we ordered the bottle. Elle stated she did not know how to issue a refund but would find out and get back. A week later and its still not resolved. I had also contacted Meghan the owner but had not received a response. As a business owner myself for 24 years this is not the professional customer services I would expect from Madeline's and will no longer be patronizing this business.

This place is really neat. I always dig places that have nice lighting and eccletic seating and decor. This place has a relaxed vibe, with great wine. You get to sample a few before making your glass selection. Stacy was great and served up some solid recommendations. We know our wines and our note preferences and she nailed it! The backlit onyx bar counter was beautiful. There’s Comfy couches and a variety of barstools to plant yourself on. They had life music which is always a plus. However, I will note their standard background music was great, too. Walking towards the bathroom was an experience in itself. If you’re ever near by, check it out!
