My gal and I went to Malcolms for Thanksgiving Buffet and it was OUTSTANDING. I found out the Chef and Sous Chef were both soul brothers and all the food prepared was the best 'soul food' buffet I have ever eaten. I am a former Chef myself and I was highly impressed with the quality and quantity of the food. The Bruschetta had perfect crustines and a wonderful topping. The Butternut Squash Bisque was the best Bisque I have ever had. Braised Short Beef Ribs cooked perfectly...
