PLEASE count your wings! I ordered a 20 piece bbq order of wings. I got to work to share and only had 14 pieces. I called and spoke with Tyler the manager on duty and he asked me “why didn’t I count them before leaving the restaurant. He then told me to come back in. I get there and asked to speak with his manager about his behavior he then told me he wasn’t issuing me the missing wings since I wanted to speak with his boss. He then got someone on the line named Ray who stated that he was the owner. Ray went on to state he looked on the camera and the box looked like it had 20 pieces and that due to the type of people in Daytona he could not believe everyone. I told him that I order often he then ask me for the phone number that I order from to see how often and how large my orders were. Really??? Long story short… Nothing was resolved. I paid $21.99 for 20 and got 14. I guess I don’t order enough to get what I paid for. Very unprofessional establishment. I will not be returning.

I placed an order online at 10:43pm and both their website and Google say they close at midnight on Saturdays. I get a confirmation email and an estimated wait time of 20-28 minutes so I decided to wait at the house for a few before heading out. Ten minutes after I placed my order I get a call saying they close at 11 and that they never even started my order. The lady on the phone said that they don't go by their posed hours because they're a franchise and I wouldn't be receiving the order I had placed. I think this is completely unprofessional and should have been dealt with differently

Tried ordering a pizza for delivery, and after 10 minutes , no answer, drove there and ordered. After getting back to our hotel, found that they didn't put garlic parmesian on crust. Very Disappointing!

The pizza I just ordered a few hours ago was very sloppy and did not taste good at all I've had good pizzas from there but this was by far very bad

SUPER GREAT PIZZA! You've got this Italians seal of approval. Way better than Genovese's. Lots of quality toppings and plenty of cheese. I got the works pizza. It was filling and absolutely delicious. Are every crust on every piece because it was so perfect. I'm feeling like this is the best pizza around.

This was my first time visiting. I ordered online it was easy. I asked for them to bring it out to my car because I’m currently 6 months pregnant and I’m on my lunch break. I’m waiting for my food. It doesn’t come. I go inside. I was told to wait. A few minutes later. The lady asked me a question. I told her my last name. The man behind the counter says we don’t have that last name. The lady sees my order doesn’t check the entire ticket. She hands me my food that has been sitting there for who knows how long. I get my drink. The guy behind asks her do I have a drink. I replied yes I do. I hear him say also check to see if they have a drink!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Food was good but customer service/relation HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!

Me and the family dropped in to try this pizza place and hands down we all agreed is the best pizza out there ..we've been back several times now it's so good ...

I ordered the works pizza and when I got it, it had no onions or green peppers on it. I also asked for light crust and I got thick crust. So when I called to let them know that the order was wrong the manager said that he watched the videos and it had green peppers on it. I told him I’d be more than happy to take a picture of it and send it to him then he asked me how I ordered it. When I told him through Uber eats he told me that he was not even allowed to talk to me and there was nothing he could do to help me out so that’s $20 for nothing.

We went at closing time and they were kind enough to take our order. We had a dietary restriction but not sure if I had given them clear instructions. After the pizza arrived it had the topping we didn’t want. Once I informed the associate (I think her name was Suri) she immediately asked the chef to make a new one without any hesitation. She didn’t charge me for the new pizza. Amazing staff who went above and beyond to help us even though it meant they had to stay beyond their closing time. Thank you to the whole team.

I understand why people come on the internet to leave reviews now. I placed a delivery order and on the site it didn't have the option to put light sauce, we order our pizza that way cause my kids have acid reflux really bad. So anyway I call the marcos on international tonight which is Sunday the 10th of November, and I speak to a young lady and I explain to her that the order that they just recieved and, I gave her the name of the order. I told her to please, when they make it to put light sauce and she says ok. So the pizza comes and there's no light sauce on neither of the 2 pizza pies and I asked her for some garlic on the crust and that didn't happen either. So then I call to tell them that none of my request were done even when they told me not to worry about it. So I ask to speak to a manager and the young lady goes and tells the manager that I wanted to talk to her and the manager sends her back to tell me that the manager is to busy to talk. On a Sunday night the manager can not come to the phone to talk to a customer. Very disappointed. I'm literally in shock. So if the owner is reading this please call email me. I will come into the restaurant if need be, but that manager you guys have is making your company look very bad...

Order from here once a week and they can never get the garlic bread right .
I always order the bread with no parmasean and only Roma seasoning. They either forget the seasoning or put lots of parmesan on it. They also forget the garlic sauce cups half the time. Foods good but I think we are definitely done ordering here

Marcos is my favorite pizza! I called the store today to let them know some things were missing from my order, which happens. It was surprisingly challenging to get them to make it right and the tone of the conversation was not what I expected from my favorite pizza chain. Everyone gets busy and stressed; hopefully it was just an off day.

Not a fan of franchise pizza,
However these guys nail it, perfect crust, generous toppings, and consistent.
