Marco's Pizza

We came in and placed an order for a large New York style Pizza with pepperoni and a medium Pizza. Half sauce. Half no sauce, the first Pizza was completely cold and old. The second Pizza was perfect. The employees seemed very kind, but very disorganized. Flavors were amazing, but definitely needs to be more organized and clean

Ray is the owner, no questions asked, just gave back to our charity event for students in need of some help during Homecoming. This is a local business supporting our local community and the students that work for him. Such a pleasure to speak with and a business that gives back, let’s support Ray & his business! The pizza is best in Volusia County too! Just had some for breakfast! haha

Unfortunately, I hate to write this, but I need to address an issue with my recent order. I paid for a 15-piece wing order but only received 10 pieces. I shouldn’t have to drive back to the store and spend more time and money to correct this.

Please ensure that both quality and quantity are double-checked before handing orders to customers. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

PLEASE count your wings! I ordered a 20 piece bbq order of wings. I got to work to share and only had 14 pieces. I called and spoke with Tyler the manager on duty and he asked me “why didn’t I count them before leaving the restaurant. He then told me to come back in. I get there and asked to speak with his manager about his behavior he then told me he wasn’t issuing me the missing wings since I wanted to speak with his boss. He then got someone on the line named Ray who stated that he was the owner. Ray went on to state he looked on the camera and the box looked like it had 20 pieces and that due to the type of people in Daytona he could not believe everyone. I told him that I order often he then ask me for the phone number that I order from to see how often and how large my orders were. Really??? Long story short… Nothing was resolved. I paid $21.99 for 20 and got 14. I guess I don’t order enough to get what I paid for. Very unprofessional establishment. I will not be returning.

I placed an order online at 10:43pm and both their website and Google say they close at midnight on Saturdays. I get a confirmation email and an estimated wait time of 20-28 minutes so I decided to wait at the house for a few before heading out. Ten minutes after I placed my order I get a call saying they close at 11 and that they never even started my order. The lady on the phone said that they don't go by their posed hours because they're a franchise and I wouldn't be receiving the order I had placed. I think this is completely unprofessional and should have been dealt with differently

Tried ordering a pizza for delivery, and after 10 minutes , no answer, drove there and ordered. After getting back to our hotel, found that they didn't put garlic parmesian on crust. Very Disappointing!

The pizza I just ordered a few hours ago was very sloppy and did not taste good at all I've had good pizzas from there but this was by far very bad

SUPER GREAT PIZZA! You've got this Italians seal of approval. Way better than Genovese's. Lots of quality toppings and plenty of cheese. I got the works pizza. It was filling and absolutely delicious. Are every crust on every piece because it was so perfect. I'm feeling like this is the best pizza around.

This was my first time visiting. I ordered online it was easy. I asked for them to bring it out to my car because I’m currently 6 months pregnant and I’m on my lunch break. I’m waiting for my food. It doesn’t come. I go inside. I was told to wait. A few minutes later. The lady asked me a question. I told her my last name. The man behind the counter says we don’t have that last name. The lady sees my order doesn’t check the entire ticket. She hands me my food that has been sitting there for who knows how long. I get my drink. The guy behind asks her do I have a drink. I replied yes I do. I hear him say also check to see if they have a drink!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Food was good but customer service/relation HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!

Me and the family dropped in to try this pizza place and hands down we all agreed is the best pizza out there ..we've been back several times now it's so good ...

I ordered the works pizza and when I got it, it had no onions or green peppers on it. I also asked for light crust and I got thick crust. So when I called to let them know that the order was wrong the manager said that he watched the videos and it had green peppers on it. I told him I’d be more than happy to take a picture of it and send it to him then he asked me how I ordered it. When I told him through Uber eats he told me that he was not even allowed to talk to me and there was nothing he could do to help me out so that’s $20 for nothing.

We went at closing time and they were kind enough to take our order. We had a dietary restriction but not sure if I had given them clear instructions. After the pizza arrived it had the topping we didn’t want. Once I informed the associate (I think her name was Suri) she immediately asked the chef to make a new one without any hesitation. She didn’t charge me for the new pizza. Amazing staff who went above and beyond to help us even though it meant they had to stay beyond their closing time. Thank you to the whole team.
