Stopped in for some pre dinner drinks. Bartender was great and recommended a rum old fashioned and made a custom fruit mojito. Drinks were fantastic top of the line elegant and delicious cocktails. There was also live music that was amazing and very relaxing. Definitely a recommended stop if you are in Daytona Beach
The rum room has a nice selection of rums (nothing too out of the ordinary but still a nice set) and has some good drinks on the menu. Unfortunately, if you ask for a common drink that isn't on the limited menu you will be out of luck. The drinks also tend towards the overly sweet side. It's a shame they have nice rums but not a good grip on how to use them.
We stopped into McCoys Rum Room, located inside the Daytona Beach Hilton, after dinner one night. The atmosphere is very comfortable & the bar area is very nice. The bar was fully stocked with mini drink options to choose from in the wine selection was very good.
Parking: The Hilton has their own own parking lot however you do pay to park. The other option is valet, which you also pay for.
