Large no salt fry and straws was forgotten, the burgers were cold and a mess, mo idea why they can't get the sauce in the middle of the burger instead of on the side and wrapper.......

Worst McDonalds I have ever been served at. Order placed at kiosk and paid by arch card. Asked me for Table # so I entered 111. @ 6:40 pm 12/4/25. Kiosk said it was order 821 and would be delivered to the table. After 20 minutes...no delivery. I went to counter and no 821 showed in process.
I asked them to look again.
Finally after multiple asking of multiple different people...they produced the order at @ 7:18pm...all for $7.12 for a McDouble and medium fry.

I won't be back.

Absolutely horrible service, it makes no sense that the entire lobby is packed with people that have been waiting 30 minutes before. After I ordered it took 52 minutes for me to get my order and no manager cares about the waiting time people are experiencing

It was an online order, took 45 min and I was missing the grinch salt in my grinch meal and I didn’t receive sodas and I couldn’t get anyone to come get them as manager was doing 4 refunds cause of the ridiculousness of the workers!!! Sad. McDonald’s do better. Worst one from here to St. Louis

People hardly talk. Food was fast but terrible customer service. Dude at the window (second window) just gives the bag out rude like. I didn't get everything I ordered and I sat at the window for like 5 minutes and nobody came. I just left and here I am leaving a review just how I got treated. This MacDonald's could definitely be better.

But one thing just rubs me the wrong way is me waiting 10 minutes for my holiday pies is crazy.i dont approve. But good service though.

They cleared me and a few delivery drivers orders our apps showed that our food was finish only to still have to wait 20 minutes. Be careful if your picking up door dash it will look like your the one taking forever not them.

Consistently, if I order curbside, I will be waiting 30 minutes for my food. In fact, I'm waiting right now I've been here since 12:15, and it's 12:40 as I write this.

Pulled me up for a fry and drink. It took them 15 minutes to bring it to me.

Old disgusting food. For how long we waited for the food it should have been fresh. Nothing in that building takes too long to cook.

I didn't know it could get worse then a regular mcdonalds but here we are. Deadass no one at the counter for 20 minutes.

If you want to make sure you have time to go to a race, go here order your food then go to the race and by the time the race is done your food might be ready to pick up.

cold burgers

Truly the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Waited 20 minutes for 2 coffees and a bagel while staff just stood around chatting in the back. Finally got the order and bagel was cold and coffee order was wrong.
