If you did not raise your kids right then this is the place for them to work. This place and it's management should be ashamed of themselves. They gather together in a group to point and laugh at a person in drive-thru that may have looked differently. It wasn't just that one person chuckled at the first window where you pay but by the time he got to the second window there was four or five of them standing there to see what was so funny. Well it's not funny and I hope karma comes back and gets everyone of you.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! .. Overall the food was fresh and hot .. Customer Service was very unacceptable .. When I asked to speak to the manager she had a rude attitude, and she was being a Smart ass and she confronted the worker right in front of me , then the worker had a rude attitude with me

First of all, it’s a McDonald in the US, what do you really expect? The service and food really depends on who’s working, sometimes they will act professional, other times they act like they didn’t want to see you.
If they aren’t busy, you get your food within 5 minutes, otherwise they are a pretty small store so it’ll take a minute.
Sometimes if you just make tiny adjustment and they’ll freak out. Like if you ask to add ketchup they’ll forget to add the other ingredients.

Today was my first visit at this location. Worst customer service ever. They act like you're an inconvenience for coming to their restaurant to buy food. Zero customer service skills.

By far the worst McDonald’s in existence. You hold the title for the most ghetto, unprofessional, and rude service. If you are a DoorDash driver, they will let you wait in the drive-through and tell you to pull up to the second window, once you get there, they will tell you that you have to come inside. And then the order isn’t even made. It’s like they are literally trying to mess with people. Absolutely insane. I told the Manager girl the app says to go through the drive-through before 7 AM. She literally said she doesn’t care. That was word for what she said. Apparently the management and the owners do not even care at this location. It’s completely psycho.

One of the best McDonalds as far as food quality. The cons of the location is the staff friendliness and time it takes to order in the drive through is tough. I’d want to go past the other three McDs I pass to get to this one if the staff made it worth the trip. The drive through makes me not want to return.
