placed a mobile order and got to the window for the girl to tell me that they automatically cancel mobile orders after 10:30 pm and that i need to go on the app and cancel order on my end to get refunded ? As angry as i was i went through the drive thru again after canceling my mobile order just for them to tell me they are closing the grill and and i can’t order a quarter pounder when asking why it says open 24 hours online the girl said “ yeah i don’t know what’s going on” lol most craziest experience ive had at a mcdonald’s smh

This store is full of people who refuse to use common sense or double check their work. These workers are paid to ensure orders are not only taken correctly but packaged correctly as well. They have a BASIC meal with A SMALL fry and it's like a rocket science concept for them to double check their work and again, MAKE SURE THE ORDER THEY TOOK OR READ IT COMPLETE. instead they do half ass work and make slick comments as if they are too bothered to follow through.

I was there 11/22 around 1030pm-11pm and the woman at the second window (she had a blue scarf on her head and was wearing a blue shirt) was excellent. Unfortunately i didnt het her name. She wasnt able to give me the holiday pie but was quickly to offer a pumpkin and cream pie, which I love. She was quick and very customer service oriented. The food was hot, delicious and made the way i like it with my extra pickles. You need more workers like her at this location. Thank you for the great service.

McDonald’s: where customer service goes to die (and apparently your nuggets too).

So I roll up to the drive-thru after placing a mobile order and politely ask at the window if I can buy a side of Mac sauce. Not asking for freebies — I literally wanted to pay for it.

The manager snaps, “No! You can’t do that!” and basically yells in my face like I’d just tried to hack into Fort Knox instead of ordering a sauce cup. I’m standing there like, “Lady, it’s not classified — it’s mayonnaise and relish.”

Fast-forward to when I get home — surprise! I’m missing both of my 4-piece nuggets. So not only did I get scolded for trying to spend extra money, I didn’t even get what I actually paid for.

If I were their boss, I’d install a “Common Sense” button right next to the “Ice Cream Machine Broken” one.

I thought this was fast food not slow food. This location takes forever to make a fast food order with bad service like we’re in a Kodak black concert. Who’s hiring lazy employees here that can’t get what fast food means with a pep in their step. Corporate needs to lock in and put a foot were management sun don’t shine.

I showed up to this McDonald’s at 4:15 am and no one answered the drive through. They have multiple 24/hr signs and workers in the building with an entire line of cars behind me also wanting to order. I called the store to ask when they open and she said 5 am but the website, signs, and app say 24hrs

I order out from here all the time, usually simple and small orders. And either something is missing, out of stock, or today the one food item i got (cookies) were smashed to complete bits making it near inedible. Im just disappointed :(

Instead of getting the daily double meal without cheese. I got a plain McDouble with extra cheese. Normally I would check the bag before leaving but I was pressed for time. I would understand if it was busy, things happen. But the lot was empty and there were 2 cars ahead of me. Should’ve known something was up when they stacked everything on top of each other in a small bag. Red flag for things not being handled properly.

Incredibly slow. Order was completely wrong. Waited 10 minutes just to order at the drive thru. Then waited another 10 minutes for my food on a mobile order i had put thru 30 min earlier, just to receive the wrong burger and made-to-order wraps. The burger even had the wrong ticket and did not match my receipt. Bunch a kids running this place.
