Christie, the manager here was very rude to me. She needs to learn proper etiquette, because she lacks professionalism. All I asked was when I’ll get my refund back and she got very disrespectful with me. She got loud and got a condescending attitude with me over a simple question. Christie is not fit to be a manager lacking simple manners, taking no accountability, and showing no remorse. Terrible customer service she should not be a manager!

I went to this McDonald’s this morning at about 930 and the young lady at the counter was so rude and unprofessional. Nothing directly at me but to the customers in general, which just made me feel a little awkward trying to grab a quick bite. However, I guess it’s not too bad because the young DoorDash girl came in and she was equally rude and unprofessional to the DoorDash so at least she’s equitable in her rudeness and lack of professionalism. I will try to avoid this McDonald’s in the future, and I recommend you do the same. There are too many good McDonald’s in the area to put up with this type of behavior.

Tired of going to McDonald's that advertise their lobbies being open early when they're not. I like to go early to get coffee and get the day started on the computer for an hour and then head to work. Tired of going to McDonald's where they don't open their lobbies on time.

I had a great experience. The young man who took my order was amazing. He was professional and efficient. Considerate and overall fantastic.When I picked up my food at the window. Pertisha is the one who assisted me and greeted me with a bright wonderful smile and gave me my order in a very efficient and professional manner. She was very sweet and very kind. The drive thru was EXTREMELY SLOW. Too many regular items were not available, like shakes, McFlurries, Sprite, Lemonade. Sat not moving in the drive thru for well over 5 minutes, behind 4 other cars waiting for food.

The morning crew is 10/10. Everyone that works in the morning is so nice, sweet, just wonderful. I see the way they interact with their customers and the treat all of them like family. I do customer service as a profession for 30 years and if I had my own business, I'd hire every single one of them.
