Takes longer to order and receive food since they remodeled the store; There’s often no one assigned to work the front counter. I’m sure McDonald’s is saving lots of money, but the result is that they’re less efficient. You want to place a non-mobile order, good luck, you may or may not be waiting a while. This is an issue most McDonald’s have too, not just this one.

They where under staffed which could be why. But the burgers were tasteless and greasy ,the greasyest i ever had them. Fries were soggy and eww. Coke taste like Tap water. Will not eat at this one next time. We threw away alot of stuff especially the soda

I am a regular customer. I am so frustrated at this new policy of PARKING every car that comes through the line, even if no car follows. Food is regularly given to wrong vehicles and wait times are long. I would go inside, but the tables and floors are constantly dirty. Hyper window guy needs to calm down. Management needs to face their real time delivery problems instead of playing park the car so they don't get written up for backups. Please turn things around before you lose another customer.

I’m guessing from the people on the vacation that want to grab a quick snack and don’t know better because I’m a McDonalds feen, I eat it WAY more than I should, this place is omw home and you legit couldn’t pay me to eat this crap. Everything taste like it’s 3 days old and was microwaved. Unless they get new ownership, stay away.

$10 breakfast order took 30 minutes despite only 2 other customers present in the facility when I placed my order.
Food was cold, service was slow and lousy. Employees were very unprofessional- cursing at each other in the kitchen and had a poor attitude when I addressed my concerns.

I live right down the street from this McDonald's and still get duped into going after years of absolutely horrible service, cold food, wrong orders, and waiting in a parking spot while absolutely no one is in the drive-thru. Do yourself a favor and drive over the bridge to Holly Hill or Ormond if you are craving McDonald's. I was there yesterday with a simple 10pc order, no one at the drive thru and sat in a parking spot for 10-15 minutes only to get cold food and no drink. He went back into get the drink, I waited another 7-10 minutes and gave up and left. I typically don't write bad reviews but this place is the worst McD's I have ever been to.

Place is newly renovated we walked in after striking out at 3 local restaurants on the strip, the place was visibly dirty. Trash on the floor, and stuff smeared on tables. There were no other guests upon arriving which should have been our sign to leave but this was one of the few options we had left. Received our food and not one item from our entire order was warm to the touch plus our fries were brown! I received one ketchup packet and the counter clerk gave me a handful, after rolling her eyes of course. This same worker later yelled at a customer for asking for extra napkins. This place is staffed with people who do not like to work, or talk to a certain color of people. Enjoy

The employees are rude when you try and talk to them, making the whole experience uncomfortable. I’m not the one who left the fries too long in the fryer, I’m not the one when made the bun hard, nor make the sandwich correctly. I didn’t order to go so why are you yelling my table number like your busy? There are two other people in here on a Sunday afternoon. Should have seen this one coming I guess. Won’t ever be back here.

these ladies here were busting in their butts, taking care of the entire store. I definitely enjoyed my meal tonight. The quarter pounder was the freshest hottest burger that I have ever had from a McDonald’s. I definitely enjoyed it and I will be back.
