Had to wait several minutes for change they acted like they were mad we paid with cash. It was hard to find a clean table in the lobby. And a 14 minute wait for a Mcmuffin the service was beyond slow and the management was no help

I ate this morning at McDonald’s location on international Speedway. There was a young African-American female. Her name was Laura or something like that. It was a four letter name something like Laura or Tara nasty attitude. She made me feel so uncomfortable. I was eating my food angry like how do you do that on a Thanksgiving morning when you supposed to be serving people food you basically cursed my food. She needs disciplinary actions.

Absolutely the worst meal I've ever had at a McDonald's. And took way too long. Cashier was nice though, looked like she was handling multiple positions. Used drive through, order was placed quickly, pulled up, paid, then sat for literally 15 minutes before got to next window, that's not ok but ok, probably short staffed it was a Sunday evening. Get my order (Big Mac meal and some nuggets), the Big Mac was the biggest disappointment I've ever had, it was inedible, the bottom bun i had to check to make sure it wasn't infact plywood, and the patties reminded me of a my grandfathers leather belt. I Just pitched it, did not have time to try to get fixed. Also my med coke was so full it leaked all over me and filled my cupholder when i tried to put in the straw. Just silly and disappointing for a $10 Big Mac meal. The nuggets and fries were their normal tasty selves.

I come from Jax to Daytona a few times a year for special events. Every single time this restaurant is slow beyond compare. I don’t think I’ve been to a slower McDonald’s than this one. Year after year nobody the day or time of year. Once upon a time ago McDonald’s used to try to get you thru the drive thru within 4 minutes. It’s currently 8:56am. I pulled in at 8:40 🫠 i haven’t even gotten past the order box btw
