If I could give this store a negative rating I would! I’m a single mother to three children that DoorDash’s at night after working 42 hours a week at my regular job. The employees have no sense of urgency to help anybody or to take care of the customers and serve the food being ordered. I waited in there for 30+ for a Big Mac and a McFlurry.. The customer I was door dashing for canceled their order!!!!! So not only did I miss out on my tip money, I wasted 30+ minutes of my time waiting there while nobody even acknowledge me besides once, but only after basically begging for their attention. If I wouldn’t have said anything, nobody would’ve approached me or asked if I was helped. This Store in particular truly carries on the reputation of McDonald’s having horrible customer service!!!!

Ordered a BigMac and a diet Coke. That’s it. Pretty straightforward. The employee brought the Big Mac, Diet Coke, napkins but no straw. I guess McD expects the customers to remove the lid to drink it.

WORST McDonald's in the world. Literally. They ALWAYS mess up my order. SOMETHING is ALWAYS wrong. Don't even bother trying to get an iced coffee here either, because they'll give you water mixed with creamer and then gaslight you that nothings wrong with it. Drive the extra 10 minutes and go to a different McDonald's because this one IS CRAP.

I’d say avoid this location if you value ya money. I’ve tried giving this more than one chance at having a better experience but each time I’m left frustrated and unhappy with my experience. From the inability to take orders at the drive thru effectively leading to extended wait times (some people are on lunch break mind you), down to the hand off at the final window. Expect cold food, not so friendly service and a HEADACHE. I know this location is new but someone’s gotta get this place together because they are never ever busy anytime I go so why they are struggling I don’t understand

You don’t need to have so many people working . I had to go in to pay for my fries and ice cream since I would be required to give my phone so they can take it to the other window and pay for the meal. I asked if the fries would be ready if I go inside. I got a yes . To only stand there waiting for it and then for them to bicker among who will prepare it. While they all standing around yapping, like to put fries in a cup will be a tedious task. The only good thing that came from this it was a reminder that I shouldn’t be eaten from McDonald’s anyway . However, the place looks clean and good with the overall updated McDonald features… but then you except the same type of customer service in every McDonalds
