Went through last night. The drive-through asked for everything to be made. Fresh specifically told them I don’t want any cold food after waiting a few minutes for our order which consisted of two chicken big Macs, a six piece nugget and a large fry, the chicken nuggets and the fry were made to order the big Mac sandwiches were not they were ice cold, probably from lunchtime Went back inside asked to remake the food and the young guy who is the manager had a terrible attitude and when I asked how long it’s going to take to make the sandwiches after waiting several minutes, he told me to leave his business. He was very rude and unprofessional, and I do not recommend that you go to this location. People are nasty and not accommodating. This man should be selling shoes somewhere not in a fast food restaurant. he is very unprofessional and needs to go back in for training. He is not Management material. What a big fail. he’s more interested in playing games with the girls inside then being a manager there’s no one in the dog on business to begin with what’s the HOLD up manager? DM did call and apologize also she was very nice person

I don't know if the right person will see this or not but I'm there almost every weekday morning and the service keeps getting worse first month was great this morning the font door is locked only drive thru what a joke you could have a good thing there don't screw it up I don't have 30 mins to go thru line I hop in and order and get back out quick for work if you need help hire some it's better then running customers off so your not busy the older lady that is in the front most mornings does a great job I've had muffins with runny eggs diet coke for regular coke no has browns twice and cold food a couple times go to chicken fil a and watch there drive thru it's like no other and wrapped around building all day you could have the same.
