They have now gone to kiosk food ordering, so the personal touch has been lost. The soda machine has also been removed from the lobby, so you have to wait until someone shows up to the counter for you to get a refill. The part I don't understand is that they will not use your used cup. They will give you a new cup. So why not give everyone a large drink when you buy food in the lobby? So you avoid people standing in front of the counter waiting to get a refill.
I only ordered takeout but they gave me the order quickly. Although I asked for a BBQ sauce and they didn't give it to me, I also asked for my burger without onion and they still didn't take it away.
Justina was a breath of fresh air at 6:30 this morning and was sweet enough to tell me about a 2 for $5 on my breakfast item! The food was hot and delicious! Stop in and say "Hey!" to Justina ñ
