We stopped by Mimi’s Cookies and Cream Bar in Daytona Beach and absolutely loved it! We had the coffee and chocolate covered cherry ice cream along with a chocolate chip cream—everything was so delicious! Chocolate chip cookies are excellent. I wish I had tried the ice cream. It's an interesting outlet but the cookies are worth it.
Honestly one of the best cookies I have ever had. We tried both the snickerdoodle and chocolate chip and they are both out of this park good. Will not be disappointed with either!

Mimi’s was a highlight of our trip to Daytona! The ice cream was the best we’ve ever eaten, and Mimi’s is in a perfect location for a walk up from the beach. The team was so kind and helpful, and very patient with us as we ordered. When I asked my son about his favorite moments at Daytona, walking to Mimi’s is at the top of his list!
Freshly baked chocolate chip cookie and ice cream. Doesn’t get much better!
