Having visited the outback for many years this was easily the worst experience. It started by the hostess seating us at the worst table in this place we asked to move which made little difference. We watched as another couple suffered similar seating. We had a reservation. Next came the food a blooming onion overcooked. What we ordered for two people approached $100. Two Victoria filets medium. Our steaks were overcooked as well. Our server was inexperienced. Ultimately a person presumably management visited with us . We made her aware of our disappointment and she offered us a price reduction which we accepted. Thru news media we were aware that Outback had closed some restaurants. It’s little wonder with untrained servers and cooks. A price reduction does not make it right. It only means that management was aware of their shortcomings. We will never dine at an outback restaurant again.

6 oz filet was great. Steakhouse Mac and cheese was spectacular. The garlic rice I highly recommend. I would go there just to eat that. And of course, the black bread with butter is always awesome

Jason is the worst manager.

Worst piece of grissel steak ever had. 37 dollars for meat I could not cut or chew. Total rip off also under cooked. Go to McDonald's get better meat.

Kaitlyn our server was absolutely amazing the first time we went .. As a server myself , I was very very impressed. She made us want to go back. We actually went back, but she wasn't waiting tables that day.. Service was still ok, but would have preferred if she was our server. Never had to ask for a refill , and did an amazing job suggesting our $10 take home , we chose the steak with steakhouse Mac and cheese which was well worth the money. Thanks for an amazing dinner.

Had the prime rib,medium rare. It's a good thing the knives are sharp because the meat certainly was tough. My wife had prime rib done medium,and hers was even worse. For the price,,I was disappointed 😞
