They were out of soda. They only had unsweet tea and bottled water. They were out of the pecan braid and substituted a blueberry scone for it but my daughter doesn't like blueberries. The grilled cheese seemed like it was made in a toaster oven instead of a frying pan.The soup was delicious though. And the Wi-Fi was strong.
Ordered online and asked for a bread bowl. They gave me piece of bread, not a bowl. It’s probably because the most ignorant people work here and based on the short conversation I had with the cashier, I’m not sure she can even read. Will be doing a charge back. Avoid this place and their incompetent

sat in line for 30 minutes to be told by the employee that he doesn’t have enough employees and no one making food to just arrive at the front and told us there was no breakfast . 10-15 people walked out simultaneously.
Even when you're the last customer of their evening, they're still incredibly sweet to you. Food quality is always amazing and I love being able to make healthy choices. They're even able to make modifications for some of my weird diet requirements!

Ok so I live under a rock and really haven't eaten Panera before except soup. So I had to ask for an explanation of what was in a lot of their menu and Sophia was so patient and understanding. She ask all my questions without seeming to be aggravated, even though she was busy! Such great customer service! I will definitely be back!
