I always have a fantastic experience at this Papa John’s! The customer service is consistently top-notch. The staff are friendly, attentive, and go out of their way to make sure everything is just right. The orders are accurate, delivered promptly, and the pizza always arrives hot and fresh. Every visit feels like they’re committed to making me feel valued. Highly recommend!

If the employee working would worried more about cutting pizza and getting it out the oven instead of texting and needing a charger for an iPhone the oder been done faster should bw customer 1st but thats a dieing thing

It’s nice they have a drive through but really aggregating they let people sit there waiting for their pizza to bake. If it’s not ready have them forward. I sat in line behind one far for 10+ min only to have to back up, pull to the side, go in and get my order, and still leave before theirs was done. It’s not that hard to ask people to pull ahead and bring it out. That took all of the convience out of the drive thru in my opinion.

The only problem I have with this location is that damn huge pot hole when you go into the delivery line!!! I can’t tell you how many times I forgot it was there and continuously messing up my car! Please do something about this!! Thank you

Do NOT go here at night. They don't have parking lot lighting because it comes from some other store that is either permanently closed or turns them off at night. There are homeless people milling around. The pizza is PJ's good, but they are not attentive to the drive through, so you probably have to honk at them. Just go to a different PJ's; you are not going to like this one.

The rude and obnoxious female working right now is an embarrassment to Papa John's. She is slower than mud running uphill. I've been waiting over 15 minutes in their crappy drive thru and have yet to be spoken to like a person. All I'm trying to do is pick up a small pizza. This is a place I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy to ever come to. There are 3 other Papa John's here in Daytona that are soooooo much better taco this one.

I was in there on Pi day 3/14. They were super packed but David was throwing down and kiling it in there. Really appreciate that. Pizza was great 👍
I’m a delivery driver and as I am waiting I watched someone knock boxes over, ask someone else to pick them up off of the floor and then proceed to put a customers food in it. Absolutely disgusting. This store is not sanitary and I have been waiting 30 minutes for my order already and they forgot the customers second order of wings on top of that. Ridiculous and disgusting, I would never suggest eating here.

I've never had a problem with them before. But recently I ordered a pizza got home. Took a bite of it and had a piece of hair on it i was so grossed out. I couldn't even eat the my pizza, I understand it happens, but if you're dealing with food and you have long hair, no matter what you should have a hair net they were very sorry about what happened. They said they would refund my order. I have 3 to 5 days to find out it was actually refunded. I told them i would bring the pizza back and you then took a photo that I can send to them but they said no need for that so we will see
