Very photogenic bldg
Top of Daytona casual fine dining on the 29th floor. Best views of the Atlantic and Halifax River.

Really nice condos beautiful veiw elevator is slow
If you're looking for a cheap place to stay this is not it. However, you get what you pay for. The room we stayed in was very clean and offered panoramic views of the beach and the harbor. There are great amenities such as the heated pool and hot tub, a small workout room, a billiards room, a ping pong room, as well as a restaurant at the very top. The building is less than 10 minutes from Main Street and less than 15 minutes to Ponce Inlet.
The only con I would note, and the reason for 4 stars, is that there was only one elevator operating. The other one was being repaired. This caused us to wait for a few minutes but nothing major. We did elect to take the stairs to the 25th floor a couple of times. It's not bad as long as you're not carrying anything.
Overall I would recommend staying here. We stayed during bike week and we were able to park our motorcycles underneath the building in the garage.
Finally, the manager Lisa was very friendly and helped us with a couple of questions we had.

Beautiful Airbnb. Lisa greeted us when we got there, very friendly very informative. Beautiful view of the ocean and for how nice the place is reasonable rates.

Rented a 2br/2ba on 25th floor. The only working elevator got stuck on the 9th floor tonight, so we had to climb 16 flights of stairs. No ordering a pizza for dinner, or going out, because we have to factor in the climb back up. Can’t imagine staying here again or recommending it.

We went to a graduation dinner here for my grandson and his partner the food was great and we had a wonderful time. So proud of them getting there masters
Disappointed in quality of food and service. Felt like we were a burden to our server.
Restaurant on the Roof that slowly spins. The restaurant recently re-opened. Was closed for three years for renovation. Reservation only, so don't just show up lol
