As a first time Dickey's customer, I was impressed. I chose a kielbasa plate, hubs got the brisket. we were both pleased. I am certain we will be stopping by next time we're nearby.

I have seen the advertisements for Dickey's on Facebook and commercials on TV. Tonight, I decided to give it a try, and I was extremely disappointed on my first ever experience with this restaurant. I made my order in the parking lot online via Google on Menufy for carry out. My order was placed at 7:17pm. At 7:27pm the order was confirmed and I waited for notification that the order was completed. Mind you, I was waiting in the parking lot and was watching how busy the restaurant was. The time frame I received on my order was 20 to 30 minutes with a completion time of 7:37pm to 7:47pm. I waited for my order. 7:37pm came and went and the food tracking on Google didn't move. 7:47pm came and went and then it updated to contact Menufy if I didn't receive my order. I walked into the restaurant at 7:52pm and stated I had a pickup order and gave my name. The gentleman looked around and didn't find an order and then stated "Oh, this Menufy thing?" to which I confirmed yes, that is how I ordered and was told "It hasn't been made yet, no one ever uses this, but I'll start making it right now." I stated that the order was confirmed at 7:27pm and he said "Well, I didn't confirm it." I then asked how long it was going to take because I had already waited over 30 minutes in the parking lot. I was told by the blonde girl with the red bow that they were "busy" which I then stated that they were not "busy" because I just spent the last half hour in the parking lot watching the lobby. She then changed her answer to "busy with online orders". I then stated that was crap because MY order was online and it got totally neglected. Also, when I finally arrived home an hour after ordering, one item I ordered regular polska kielbasa and I was given the jalapeño cheddar keilbasa. So on top of the order not being made, the order was wrong. If the options to order food supposedly aren't being monitored because "no one ever uses them", WHY offer that option? I am extremely disappointed in the experience I had for the first and VERY likely the last time that I will order from here. This was a bad experience and I SO wanted it to be good.
