i am sorry but I think I should be angry for this. I have been waiting for 3 hours and I still haven't gotten my pizza yet. I am furious. maybe it's the service and it's busy. but 3 hours is way too much. pizza is good and delicious but overall no.

There should be no reason why I try to call the store and Felipe that can’t speak English answers the phone. And I have to wait on hold for 30 minutes to be transferred to the store when the number I called is supposed to be the store number .

Worst customer service EVER!!!! I wasn’t able to get a hold of anyone at the store. When speaking to the call center they were No help I was transferred about 10 times and then I spoke to an Asian man who then hung up in my face. Your workers need some customer service training. I placed an order online and received a message that my order will be delivered by DoorDash. The DoorDash driver shows up with the wrong order and tells me I have to get ahold of someone at the store. I would NEVER EVER order from here again. Hour and a half later and still no food.

This is a picture of extra sauce on a pizza. Extra sauce was requestedon both pizzas and they had this tiny amount. The breadsticks were overly brown and had no parmesan on top. Gross!

I ordered 3 pizzas, one without sauce. They made it with sauce, but one of the cashiers had noticed before giving them to me. So I'm glad she noticed and remade the pizza, I can't eat sauce. There is no dine in at this location.

Pizza was hot and arrived in a timely manner. Oftentime those taking the orders are impatient and lack knowledge of the specials. The last few times I've asked for an extra topping and when it arrives it's a 1 topping pizza though I paid for it. The large pizza are already smaller in size but the price's keep rising.
The foods normally good but my past orders they get the same pizza wrong. The bbq beef brisket they put the wrong meat on it and when we called about it the person on the phone was insisting they didn’t have brisket even though we’ve ordered it before and it’s on their menu until the manager got the phone and sent a replacement. I ordered again tonight and the brisket pizza doesn't have any sauce on it when it comes with marinara sauce, cheese and brisket on it. They get the other pizzas I order correct but they it’s like every other order they get the brisket one wrong.

Placed an online order for delivery. When the confirmation came through, it was for pick up. Called three times and explained that I couldn't pick it up and was placed on hold the first 2 times for over 15 minutes until the line "dropped", wasn't even asked who the order was for. The third time, I was told that they are a call center, can only place orders, and can't transfer me to the store. My card has been charged, and no one will help. Can't rate the food if I don't get it. No one even called to find out why I didn't pick it up after the pick-up time passed.
