Placed order walked up. It looked like the place was closed.All the chairs were up i place my order online. The man was so rude when I walked in. He said, I didn't make your order yet. With an attitude and then made me the nastiest smoothie i've ever had, I don't even know what it was, but it was disgusting and only filled three quarters of the way full. When you spend $9 on a smoothie, it should at least be Full I'm not sure what his name was, but he needs to be fired. That was the worst experience I've ever had.

Yummy! The Captain Kid is my go-to order. It’s awesome. The staff were very friendly and conversational as well.

Was greeted, thankfully is wasn’t too busy so was able to receive my smoothie rather fast. They were nice. The smoothie really lack in flavor and in thickness so the smoothie was OK at best, but nonetheless it was still a decent smoothie.

Went in there today to get a smoothie as a good shopping drink and immediately after walking in the door I was having a bad experience. No one greeted me, which isn’t that big of a deal, I get it, you guys were busy, but I then noticed the screens weren’t working and it said to use the paper menus. A girl came up to the front and said “menus are here” and pointed, I didn’t see where she pointed and she said again, even more rudely, “menus are here” and pointed again. This is where I started feeling very uncomfortable but I grabbed a menu anyway and once I was done flipping through it I went up to the register to order. The same girl then yelled at me “you have to order over there” and pointed to the other side of the store. I at this point felt like she was yelling at me like a clueless toddler. So I just walked out. Surprisingly, she didn't yell at me instructions on where the exit was. Overall, horrible experience.

The employees are always friendly and usually make my smoothie as I step in the door (I go there often). My order is always made consistently.

Great location, perfect for grabbing a smoothie to drink while walking around the shopping center. On our last visit 09/2023 the staff were friendly and efficient, store was clean.
