Pollo Tropical

Food was good, staff was nice, but the meat portion sizes are definitely questionable for the price. You definitely DO NOT get what they advertise. I ordered the steak but only got a salad with it, which was in a separate container so i don’t know why they put that little amount of steak in a such a big container. It just looks lackluster. And I had also ordered a single chicken breast that came in the same container as my fiancés food, and it’s not even a whole breast! In total we spent $30 and for how much food we got, I could have made an entire meal for about the same or less. You definitely pay for the convenience.

Very good churrasco and chicken here. I actually pay the same amount here for 2 people as I would at fast food, and this place is a healthier option.
The grilled chicken is much better than chicken at KFC.
Churrasco is tender with good flavor.
Try these guys out. They are worth it.

I didn't go there

I came in and order a chicken sandwich, a tropi chop and mango tropi chiller. while waiting for my order I was handed a random drink. after informing the employee that I ordered the tropi chiller she told me that they haven't had that machine since since been working there. then why is it on the menu? why would you let me order it? Then proceed to hand me just some random drink. to top it all off, the chicken on the sandwich was hard and rubber like. The tropi chop had practically no chicken on it as well. just an all around horrible experience from this establishment

Food is great 8/10 times. But the portions seem need some more love. Good job tho.

They don't have cuban sandwiches anymore. Boo!

It was too raw and the cashier provided poor service when dispensing.

My husband loves chicken and I love to save money...on a fixed income it’s essential... pollo tropical offers military personnel, veterans and their dependents a 20% discount (must have ID). I believe they offer the same discount for police & fire. This tells me they really care about those who serve to protect our families. Thank you Pollo

Real food you can live on. They have spatchcock chicken on the grill and it is as good as I do at home. Wish they were in the north east above Albany NY, I'd be able to frequent them. They beat crack chicken, no contest
