Assist manager said what do you want me to do about delays. It was Christmas eve and one person took 30 minutes on drive through and got to plates. I went inside so I seen 2 drinks and 2 dishes. My friend was straight out of hospital and had to go inside. Either driver dumb dumb or manager in again allowing anything and no consequences! Bottom l8ne i changed my mind about ordering anything!!!!!

Not much atmosphere here but the food was tasty and the service was great.

You should be ashamed of how your employees treat the guest. They acted like it was a bother we were here to eat. The tables were filthy. Overall poor experience.

Please work on customer service, and treat everyone equally.

From the attitude of the cashier, to the overcooked dry tostones,I was highly disappointed for the cost. If this restaurant is meant to represent affordable Latin cuisine it's doing a very poor job.

Extremely slow service. Not run efficiently. Just waited for an order for 10+ minutes and i’m only person in the store. Priorities drive thru over people already in the store. Cars come and go while still waiting

So I'm from Jacksonville and having to be down in Daytona area and decided to go to Pollo tropical because they closed the ones down in Jacksonville.
So I ordered my usual and I ordered the large 16 oz spicy poyo poyo sauce And I should have taste tested it there before I left with my food to go.
The sauce was very watery and taste disgusting Even the smell of it makes you almost gag.
I called the customer service and asked him if they changed the ingredients or the recipe and they say no. They did tell me that what I described to them it sounds like it may have spoiled.
They tell me I could take it back and ask for another one..
Why would I do that.. lol
You think that the restaurant or management would tag these sauces and no when they get old and spoil and not serve them but I guess they got a lack of management going on or something..
I know I will not be back to this location..

Do not go here! We accidentally left our debit card in the drive thru and right after we were charged $50 to a corrections facility which we did not do. Someone at the restaurant used our card to send money somewhere.

The attitude you receive here when ordering is disturbing. Feels like its effort to help customers out. I wont ever be back. Its horrible. The food i ordered cost me $18 and this is what is got- not even a kids meal.
